I just got closing on my new house. It got a whole bunch of cool stuffs, especially the solar panels. I was kinda scared in the beginning, since I don’t really have any knowledge of how is the solar system supposed to work. Also the warranty transfer and the reconnection looks really complicated. However, everything got resolved. I called the customer support, Kat was helping me with all the connections and going through all the details. She’s really patient with all my questions and provides me with all the informations. I’m looking forward with my new house and the solar system. Thank you Kat, and thank you Everlight!☀️☀️☀️

Sales creep pounded on our door 4 times in two days, including after 8 pm in violation of Plymouth ordinance. These are not the kind of people I want making holes in my roof.
Always the canned response.
Reminder that you live in Minnesota. Your solar panels won't work in the dark and covered with snow.

The entire process has been excellent. Kevin took time to discuss the process, options, etc. with us before we made a decision. Low pressure, just facts. Great communication has continued since and they have far exceeded my expectations. I recently spoke to Nick who made sure all of my questions were answered and that we were prepared for our installation. Appreciate you all!

Great experience working with them, replaced my main panel as well and they used quality parts and were thorough and respectful.

The installers are very nice and knowledgeable about the product glad to walk me through and answer any of my questions cleaned up their mess before leaving and show me everything they installed

I had a question about our bill based on how our panels were performing. Lauren was quick to respond and gave me a detailed answer. Everlight has had the best customer service of any company we’ve worked with across the board. Very impressive.

I just want to say I don't mind door knockers/canvassers. However, I told this young gentlemen to leave. I didn't even want to hear his pitch. He looks at me and with shocked eyes and just stares. I wave him off and asked him to leave. Then he ignores me like he doesn't see me. I open up the blinds and tell him to go. He tries talking to me and I kept saying just leave. Through my ring cam I could hear him talking disrespectfully. Listen if you are going to knock at someone's door have the respect and courage to leave. Just because someone doesn't want to listen to your sales pitch doesn't mean you should be rude and aggressive.

If my wife answered the door I wouldn't feel comfortable with him being so rude and aggressive. Especially with the comment in the reviews already stating thst happened to someone's wife.

Would never use this company just for how this happened. The funny thing is we are looking into solar.

We had a salesman from this company come to our door in September 2025. He scared me. He was rude and extremely offensive and scary. After about 15 minutes my husband said we weren't interested. This guy would not take no for an answer and would NOT leave our home. I'm so glad we spoke through a screen door instead of opening the door because I think he would have stormed inside and never leave. He yelled at us and even after we shut the door he kept yelling at us. It

The guys that came to my house were very kind and considerate Pleasant to talk to and they answered all my questions that I have. And if I should have any more questions they said I should feel free to give them a call and they'll answer them for me too.🙂
