They definitely do a good job with what they do but be prepared to be overcharged for everything. Probably would be cheaper to go through a contractor instead.

After contact the main number and receiving a text that this is the location I would be working with, I gave them a call and had to repeat all of the same questions from the first phone call. I was told I was receive a call from a technician within the day. It's now several days later I still never got a call. They seem to have some disorganization within their system.

Dylan was awesome. He introduced himself and team member, explained the process, what they founds and tips for ensuring clean ducts. They cleaned up after and were friendly. I highly recommend ServPro and Dylan.

I had a sewer back up into my home. Less than 2 hours after my call a team from Servpro showed up. They had everything they needed and quickly removed rugs, laundry and furniture out of the way. They quickly cleaned and sanitized everything and even had huge dehumidifiers to purify and dry the air. In short order rebuild technicians cane to cut dry wall and damaged doorways. The project manager kept in great contact with me throughout. Next carpet cleaners and painters came. The painters even touched up a stairway wall that had been damaged previously. Everything was done quickly and very professionally. The staff were friendly and empathetic over the sewage damage done to my home. Staff scheduled convenient times to work and always came on time. I would highly recommend Servpro and would not hesitate to call them again should a need arise.

When my shipment arrived from CA to MN, it was horribly evident that the storage area I had been using for the past 3 years was rat infested. I called ServPro of Maple Grove and spoke to Katie. She was very competent and compassionate. She had 5 people at my door to help me clean, disinfect, and move the clean items into my new house!!!! It was a miracle!! Issac, Tate, Jen, Cindi, and Amanda worked tirelessly for hours. They were fun to be with and did an amazing job restoring my shipment back to normal. I cannot tell you the relief I felt. Shaun, Brody, Brandon, and a few others generously spent time to come down and help our city of Asheville after the hurricane. They did a great job helping with my urgent water damage situation while going the extra mile in being personable and keeping in touch frequently. Their presence was reassuring considering the situation. Very grateful.

ServPro helped us clean up from a basement flood. The team arrived within 90 minutes of calling (faster than other companies were able to arrive) and spent the day removing standing water from the basement. They set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the basement and stopped by daily to check the progress over the course of the next 7 days. Overall, very satisfied with the work the team did and felt like our bill was fairly priced at the end.

The Servepro team came down to Asheville NC to help during Hurricane Helene. According to the guys they rented a house all together (8-9 of them) and worked 12-18 hour days. They were friendly, helpful and patient with our impatience about the outcome of our wood floors. They were knowledgeable and we felt very safe in their hands. and we I think we were so lucky to have this team, they were awesome, hardworking and dedicated.

Dylan came in and cleaned the system showed me what my air ducks look like before and after and I was amazed. The amount of dust and dirt that they were able to get out of my system was amazing gives me a peace of mind that my kids will be breathing fresh air I wasn’t sure about was it worth it but after seeing how much dirt they got out it was more than worth the amount of money!! these guys were professional nonjudgmental and helped move some of the bigger furniture out of the way They were kind and courteous to my children who were home from school I couldn’t of asked for a better team
