Chuck Mapes and Serenity Landscape Services have been servicing our Commerical Properties for the last year and all I can say is these guys know customer service and go above and beyond. Not just a bunch of high school kids like our previous company we used.. Always on time and solid workers. Chuck always answers his phone and solves problems quickly. Highly recommend Chuck and the Serenity Landscape Team!

A few years ago, we had hired them to install the patio and redo a French drain that was done inproperly. there was some issues that caused damage to a shed when bringing the equipment and they were attentive to that they came out and tried to redo a few things with around the patio. I expressed concern when they did the patio that it might be too low. they built a step and said all the grading would be fine. The next year we had water issues with water coming close to the house we had to literally take shovels and scoop it away. We expressed this to them. They said it was because the Ground was settling. We had settling from new concrete that was poured outside of our garage, but no issues with that. We also had settling of our front steps but no issues there either the only place we had issues was where it was about 6 inches lower than it was originally where they placed the patio. Where all the water ran to, they finally agreed to come back for a small fee to make sure that it was graded away from the house. Even though it was graded away from the house, water is now accumulating and causing damage to my foundation and I’m needing to repair all of this which is costing me more than the original patio. I’ve had other landscaper say yes it was dug too low. I don’t wanna leave a bad review because they were so attentive at when we had everything installed and they came back to check stuff and they tried to ease our mind about the concerns about how low the patio was but it became the lowest point around my house and unfortunately is causing damage. I hate to leave bad reviews, especially for decent people, but although they had came out many times to fix stuff initially it still caused damage. they put a step up to my patio door Free of charge when originally the concrete pad was level with the entrance. I am also seeing issues where they reinstalled the French drain

Have used in the past for landscaping upgrades and irrigation start ups. Not sure what happened but unable to get a commitment for any irrigation work this season. Disappointing.

Leaving a one-star review for yard cleaners because they left the yard worse off than before sounds frustrating.

All work was completed as promised. Lawn looked great last year and waiting for the thaw to see how it came thru the winter.

We are so happy from the design, to onsite workers and project manager. Everyone did their jobs paying attention to detail to being very respectful to us and their surroundings. Top notch company.

My wife and I were in need of a landscaper for some specific work we needed done for our lake home. Since we didn't have any contacts in Wright County, we were told about Serenity Landscape through a local business.

Ryan and his crew's work was outstanding! They completed each of the landscape projects to our liking and even went beyond what we thought would make sense for our property. (taking out old landscaping rock, new plant materials, edging, new mulch, just the right kind and helping with a drainage issue we had as well)

I use Serenity for lawn care at a property I manage in Annadale. Chuck is very responsive, helpful and great to work with. The lawn looks amazing and the tree trimming they completed is the best it has been. I have received many compliments from my tenants about how the lawn care has improved since they have started. I highly recommend Serenity.

We hired Serenity to put in a paver patio ~2 years ago and really should have went a different route. I do want to point out that Serenity did come out multiple times to try and make things right, but our patio is still riddled with issues. From polymeric sand that never set, pavers on the edge that continue to settle (or sink), and stairs that have been "sealed" numerous times with numerous adhesives that now look like trash. From the other positive reviews I've read, they do great work in other areas but if you are looking to install a patio, I would suggest going with someone else. As I said they were mostly responsive and put in the effort to resolve these issues, they just never did.

The landscaping crew was very detail oriented and completed a very high quality job. The staff is pleasant to work with and met our expectations. Great job!

Serenity Landscaping did an amazing job and we couldn’t be more happy with our patio! We had a very specific design of how we would like the pattern, and the team worked quickly to make it a reality! There’s a specific technique that not all hardscapers will use when installing patios to maximize drainage and longevity and these guys know exactly what they are doing to ensure your design is perfect, your patio lasts a long time and is completed quickly. We are extremely pleased with the process, result and interactions we had with the team!

We hired Serenity Landscape for a major outdoor project, and they absolutely met our expectations. We hired Serenity landscape to put in drain tile along the back of our house where water was pooling along the foundation. Kai and Tyler did a great job hand digging the trench (77') and installing drain tile. They also installed a small 5'x7' brick paver for our grill to live on. The pavers were perfectly level, matched the existing brick (took them 3 trips to different stores to find the right match), and looks great. We will definitely use Serenity in the future for our landscaping & drainage needs.

5 stars all the way. These guys were awesome and so easy to work with. Serenity went above and beyond, I had a drainage system installed and they did more than I even expected (ex: laying sod afterword, setting up my irrigation system correctly, answering and explaining any questions I had). For any future projects I will no doubt be using these guys.
