Three times! it was always something. From rescheduling the initial estimate. To the date of service. He wrote the date down wrong and discovered the day of, after time off of work was taken. Then fast forward to the rescheduled date & not having a crew but yet leaving for vacation. So did he want to get to vacation sooner??? Maybe?

The large white pine tree in my backyard tends to lose branches with heavy, wet snowfalls. This time, an extra large one came down (25-30' and maybe 12" diameter). When searching Google for a tree trimming service in the area, Ultimate Tree Pros was at the top of the list. In order to support small businesses, I gave them a call. Justin came out and gave me a fair quote. He pointed out that the pine tree was still very healthy so (thankfully) it did not need to be remove. The next day, the large branch was cut up and removed along with all the smaller pieces that got broke off during the snowstorm. Justin also climbed the tree to trim the broken branches so the tree could heal better.

Justin was super friendly yet very professional and very tree savvy. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing any type of tree work done.

Had a large pine tree come down after 2 day snow storm. It was on my fence and blocking a sidewalk. Justin was only tree service actually answering their phone and I’m glad he did. Came out same day to cut it up and get it off the fence and side walk. Back next day to clean it all up. All of this while working in 2 feet of snow. Great service, great work, and fair price. This is an excellent business. We have a relatively small urban lot, which the workers maneuvered easily. They trimmed three trees and sought input as they worked. They were on time, courteous and hard working. Would absolutely use them again!
