Citywide has been the best building service provider to do business with! It's been almost 3 years since we started working together and no disappointments!! The management team is always there to help with anything we ask for and promptly too! I would highly recommend citywide to any property manager or facility manager to take care of their cleaning and maintenance needs!

I signed up to have them clean my showroom & office because a friend of mine was working as a sales person for them. We have used them for a year. The floors consistency looked like they pushed the dirt around instead of being swept and mopped. The countertops and desks were not being dusted. The sinks and faucets were not being cleaned. When our office manager complained no change in quality of cleaning was made. Then they started sending harassing emails to our accounting department because we were paying late. We consistently paid in 3-7 days after the work was complete. That is fantastic turn around in my business! The controller Brian and sales person Tyler are terrible to deal with. They do not care about quality of their work or how they treat their clients. If you are looking to start cleaning services with this company I recommend that you look elsewhere.

We've been working with Greg, Brian and the City Wide Minnesota team for over 6 years now and it that time their service has been exceptional. They are honest, transparent, hard-working and committed to getting it done right. They act with high integrity and care for their customers and will go the extra mile. The people that clean our office and the building restrooms do a fantastic job. The fact that Ryan stops by our office to check in, wanting to know if we have any issues with their service. That is impressive and shows he cares.

The best cleaning service in the Twin Cities. We almost never have any problems with them and if something does arise it is taken care of right away. Their communication is outstanding and they are always following up to make sure we are satisfied. Their manager stops by once a week to inspect and make sure a great job is being done.
