I found what I wanted right away, check out was fast and friendly

I needed bags of top soil and there was plenty.

They have almost everything for you to start building and planting stuff. Just couldn't find the chicken wire...

Nice everything is easy to find very helpful staff. I buy edible plants there. Quality is good and they will give you another plant should your plant for some reason die. Planting products nice and lower than ace.

We arrived after 8 on Saturday evening and despite the staff needing to bring in plants due to a freezing warning, Tom and the delivery team took the time to help us determine our needs for retaining wall block. They helped us find a great solution and set up delivery. Everyone was professional, helpful and made it a fun experience.

First of two reviews: after being hung up on 4 times by the system and not being able to get ahold of anyone I finally got through to a young man named Will. He is an OUTSTANDING employee who stayed on the phone with me and walked 1000 steps all around the store trying to locate an $1800 order of ceiling tiles that happened to have 7 of the 11 cases missing in the store somewhere. No one could figure out where the hell they are. This company over all is a complete joke but at least they have Will working there who went above and beyond what I’m sure his pay scale is. He walked 1000 steps, stayed past the time he was supposed to be off in order to figure out where they were, while staying on the phone the entire time and he even figured out where the missing order was!! Give this man a raise, because your company does not deserve such a great worker. Thank you Will! Also thanks to Jack at the pro desk for finding my missing lights.

My lawn has looked progressively worse for 3 straight years. Repeated attempts this year to have someone come out and address glaring issues were ignored.

I've used the mosquito service for two consecutive summers and I'm very pleased and most importantly mosquito free when enjoying my yard.

They seemed reasonable priced.Keep me informed when they are coming.Office staff nice and answer any questions I have.I have them for lawn weed/insect kill,tree/shrub care,in the fall aeration/over seed.

Naturescape and it's management is a disaster. They have missed my appointment already 5 times. Every time they come up with irresponsible reasons for delay. I will never recommend them to anyone. Stay away!!

Weeds galore in my yard. Had to call them every time to come out for their application. What a way to run a business. I prepaid for the season. Lesson learned!

They are so friendly. Do a quality job and have made our lawn look so much better since we started using them!

Signed up for lawn mowing service. Waited 4 weeks and no one came out or called. Canceled service and used another company.

We had Naturescape do mosquito control at our house and it has been a great experience. Extremely satisfied with their upfront and transparent pricing model and incredibly consistent service.

After dealing an issue, Craig with Corporate called. He understood my frustrations. He was so respectful and explained everything. Naturescape is very lucky to have him. I definitely would recommend them.

Not worth the money. My sod is a year old and naturescape has worked on it since day . There are tons of weeds and it hardly grows. I mow once every 2 weeks and my yard is irrigated and then it doesn't really need to be mowed. Not happy at all with the service.

Have had a good experience with seasonal lawn treatment program. The technician often leaves notes with brochure about the treatment done that day. Will continue to use Naturescape!

We have had good results with Naturescape. I especially want to commend our latest person who treated our lawn - Demian Affeldt. He was very conscientious and careful as he treated our lawn, and also was very thorough, yet speedy. Good job Demian!

Horrendous customer service. It's like pulling teeth. All the other negative reviewers have echoed my issues. Happy to take your money, impossible to get the work done. I had to call and email just to find out if/when the work would be done. all I ever hear is the same response; we don't have a set schedule yet but we're out doing the work. Great, when will you do the work I paid for? I'm done with these guys.
