She answered all of our questions with confidence and made us feel prepared to handle a stressful situation.
Amanda showed up with her crew and stayed until the cleanup was complete, which meant a great deal to us. We truly appreciated the clear communication and thoughtful follow-up throughout the entire process. We would recommend ServiceMaster to anyone navigating a similar situation.

ServiceMaster did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. The technicians were punctual, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They walked me through the process, treated the space with care, and the results were better than I expected. Stains I thought were permanent disappeared, and the whole house feels fresher.
