The young men are very nice and do an excellent job.

Rob and his team did an outstanding job. Love our paver patio. They left no mess behind and met our expectations. We will definitely use them for future work.

The snow removal is a joke. I have had an icy walkway all winter. This is immediately after they finished it, i now need to actually shovel it.

Update: Before and after picture added after i shoveled the walkway. Now its ready for salt. This took me about 1-2 min to just remove snow and not the ice.

I have used Rob and his team on several projects commercial and residential properties for several years! They have done an excellent job on everything from landscaping to snow removal. Really appreciate his entire team!

Rob and his crew did an excellent job for us. We had a small job, just some basic edging and mulch work, which other firms were not willing to do. Rob always responded quickly and got us on his schedule as soon as he could. Highly recommend.

Do not use this company!
-They came to look around and provide a bid for the work I wanted done. [spring cleanup, weed and feed for the season and remove wood/mulch chips and replace with rock in a small area]. I got a bid for the weed and feed, including shrub beds and for other landscaping things that I did not request. No bid for the rock replacement. It was, instead, for something HE wanted to do with the decorative rock in the front yard.
-Finally got the bid and asked him to do it after at least 2 weeks. He said that was fine and he would coordinate it/message/text or phone call before they began. The very next day, very early in the morning, when I looked out the window, they had already started the rock work. I asked him why they would do that. He responded that they had work out of town and wanted to do this small job first. (What happened to the timing I requested, and he agreed to coordinate?)
-The weeds never got treated properly. I still have thistles in the back yard. That has never happened before. After I reported the thriving weeds, he said they would take care of them on their next regular visit. They came one day, and I saw him, so I pointed out the specifics. He said to wait 5 days after the application and let him know if they did not disappear. When they did not disappear, I notified him and asked them to come and retreat. He said he'd be back in about 3 weeks because they were working a big job further out of town. (What happened to retreating for insufficient weed treatment?
-He refused to treat in the shrub beds unless I paid him an additional $80/per treatment. I won't pay for something I have already paid for, even if it means I pull weeds myself.
I have not seen them since I reported the thriving weeds. What happened to the weed and feed throughout the summer? If they have been here to do any treatment, they have not made that known by text, email, phone or any tag in the lawn. And the weeds are still thriving.
-Extremely bad communication - or rather, lack thereof.
-Refusing to do work that he had contracted to do. He said he wanted full payment for the summer weed and feed before he would come a second time. I did not sign up for that and he did not make that known if that was his intent in the first place. But I did pay him for the season. (What happened once they got the money? Certainly not fulfillment of the contract.)
-Don't sign up for this irresponsible contractor. I know I won't.

FYI landscaping is a fantastic company and group of guys. I’ve had Rob out to do several large jobs on our property and always enjoy working with him. He is fantastic with hardscape and genuinely a pleasure to worth with. As is his crew. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Rob and his crew do great work. Our lawn looks the best it ever has. They did a large landscape project in the backyard and not only did it exceed our expectations, but they were careful not to harm our lawn when using their large equipment. Highly recommend.

Exceeded expectations in every way! I spent months calling landscapers who never showed up even to bid our job. Rob was highly responsive from beginning to end! I had a rough idea what I wanted for the landscaping/hardscaping, but Rob really brought the idea to life. The finished product was beautiful and affordable. Rob and crew always to a good job. They just completed my fall cleanup and it looks great.

I was stuck in a snowbank and they stopped and helped we out, they went home and grabbed traction mats and did everything to get me unstuck. 10/10 would recommend

He laid out a plan that was agreed upon and came back to us with opportunities to change things during implementation of the project which made the finished project even better than we thought it would be.
This project would have taken 6-8 solid weekends to complete with my wife and myself if we were to attempt to tackle the project.
Having FYI come in they had the project completed in a day!

They did.my lawn last summer. They used most of my plants so they don't have to buy nothing. And nothing they did last I have to get some one else pay them
