The most professional company you could work with in the SW metro area. This company is utilized at a few properties that I manage and they respond when a storm hits, they don't run and hide. Their crew cares, is responsible, reliable, and professional. Of course there are things that require additional conversation and when that happens, Mitch is first to step up and hold a meeting, meet onsite, or tackle whatever challenge he's faced with. He's very personable and is just an all around a great person.

*Do not use this company!* We use them through our HOA so we have no choice and its terrible. Endless people on this association are upset and even want to move because this company's service is so bad. The service has been extremely poor in all aspects. They take forever to show up and if they ever do, the removal of snow is awful and very poorly done. Gave them the benefit of the doubt for the recent snow storm, but our contract states that snow will be plowed no longer than 12 hours after snow is done as well as being plowed multiple times if there is more than 6 inches of snow and we are now going on 24 hours and our driveway hasn't been touched and we are unable to get out therefore they broke the contract. This is just unacceptable. If you don't have the appropriate equipment to do the job timely and efficiently, especially with Minnesota snow storms, then don't take on such a big contract. Absolutely ridiculous. We are livid and will be taking further action through the HOA. Don't even want to see what their summer services will be like. Please save yourself the hassle and find a different company!

I had a very concerning experience with one of Southwest Snow and Landscaping’s dump truck drivers in my neighborhood. The driver was following extremely close to my vehicle—within a couple of feet—despite me using my blinker to safely turn into my neighborhood. He then honked aggressively while I was signaling and slowing appropriately.

Afterward, when I followed at a safe distance while he drove 30 mph over the speed limit in a residential area, to get the license plate information, the driver exited his truck and began yelling and harassing me. His behavior was intimidating and completely unprofessional.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company. The actions of their driver showed poor judgment and a lack of basic professionalism, which reflects badly on the company as a whole.

Had a great experience working with Restore Landscaping. Had them remove and regrade several places in my yard and resod after. And additionally add in 2 drain tiles to help with drainage in my yard/around my house. They did a great job and when they encountered some buried concrete remnants of an old patio from the previous owner they worked to remove and address the situation. Would 10/10 recommend to work with.

Restore Landscaping truly lived up to its name and did an amazing job restoring our backyard. After we had a large tree removed, they cleaned up all of the sticks and debris left behind and applied crabgrass preventer. About a month later, they returned to complete the restoration work by leveling the stump areas to blend seamlessly with the existing lawn, adding screened topsoil, and applying premium grass seed.

They also sodded an open area beside our driveway and planted a beautiful Autumn Blaze Maple tree that looks fantastic. The crew was meticulous about cleanup, and everything looked spotless when they finished.

Logan and Lucas were both extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and professional throughout the entire process. The results exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend Restore Landscaping to anyone looking for high-quality landscaping work.

I was impressed with their experience, high quality of work and attention to detail. Good communication with me about possible ways to solve problem areas in old walkways. Also was impressed that they did a good job cleaning up work areas when project was complete. Would use again with hesitation!

My wife initially submitted an online request to Restore to get an estimate on having the our yard cleaned up and soil around the foundation leveled out.

Our first appointment for an estimate was a no call no-show. The next day we receive a call apologizing and asking if we can re-schedule. I understand things happen and was more than willing to give a second chance.

The day of our re-schedule they were over 30 minutes late. Again, things happen and maybe they got stuck in traffic, and 30 minutes really isn't the end of the world.

After walking around our house, and going over what we would have liked to have done, we were told 2-3 days we should receive our estimate via email.

This was almost a month ago. We have called and left messages and never received a call back.

Very disappointed with the level of customer service. This was not what I expected at all after reading so many positive reviews.

Logan and his crew were amazing! They were on time, professional and the quality of their work is fantastic. This is the hardest working group of young men that we have experienced in a very long time. As their name states, they revived 20 plus year old landscaping to its original glory. HIGHLY recommend Restore Landscaping!!

I had a medium sized project that was due for a long time. Rocks had to be hauled away along with new edging to be put in place. I also had grass sod in place of where the rocks were. It looked like a simple thing but was sure hard to make it look good especially in hot weather. Both Logan and Lucas made sure to not cut corners with an eye for detail right from the estimate to completing the job. Every other estimate I got was incomplete with haphazard details but not Restore's. After the job was complete they cleaned up thoroughly, both on the yard and the street as well. I would definitely recommend Restore Landscaping.
