This is our first time using them for cleaning. Our place really needed it and what they managed to get done in two hours is incredible. I am looking forward to having them out again!

Clean crusade came to our house today for a deep clean! They did an amazing job!! They had great communication and left our house looking and smelling great!!!

It’s always so nice to have Clean Crusade come to clean our house. We have a dog and it can be hard to keep up with all the hair, but having monthly professional cleaning makes it much easier to manage

Things were done well with the lost time of being the first visit obliging product and cleaning procedure requests, it was nice to be done with work for the week and not be faced with the usual housework over the weekend. The 2 cleaners did a great job!

The two ladies that came to my house to do a deep clean were professional and did an extremely thorough job in cleaning every corner, underneath and around items, on top of cupboards, etc. I would definitely recommend the services of Clean Crusade!

The Clean Crusade was here exactly when they said they would be. After a quick walkthru she was was right at it. Very polite, kind, and great attention to detail. We hadn't had deep clean since moving in. The bathrooms were made spotless, kitchen was as new as when we moved in, and all the floors were pristine. What I also appreciated was she asked if there was anything I wanted her to take care of before leaving. We plan to use this service regularly. Fantastic service, 5/5!

Mai did a great job and it was so easy to book with Clean Crusade. I actually couldn’t believe they let me schedule online without putting in a credit card number. I was able to make an appointment for a standard cleaning within the same week and Mai showed up right on time. She went to work right away and didn’t stop for 5 hours. She handled a 4 bed 3 bath house with LOTS of pet hair by herself, and when she was done we did a walk through together and she touched up any areas I wanted her to. Got the invoice emailed to me when she left and I paid online. What an easy process! It was a quality job for a reasonable price, and so so easy to do. Will definitely be hiring them again in the future!

I had a horrendous experience with this group. It sounds like there are others who had better experiences, but I have to share mine.

I called to schedule a cleaning and told them it was a difficult job. They said that would be no problem. I asked if they wanted to see pictures or come out to doing an assessment and they said that wasn’t necessary. I paid extra to have extra cleaners out there and I told them it was incredibly important that it happened on the day because there were other cleaning services coming in the following day. I spoke to the owner, no less than six times on the phone in the two weeks between scheduling and the day of the cleaning.

On the day of the cleaning, they called me an hour and a half AFTER they were supposed to start to tell me that they couldn’t do it. The owner then went on to explain how it was my fault because I hadn’t told them how difficult the job it was. It was an outright lie. He was blaming his failure on the customer. When I told him I wanted my money back and that he would be getting a poor review, he quickly recalibrated and apologized. He genuinely didn’t care about me or my problem. The only thing that made him respond in a more appropriate way was when he felt like there would be consequences for him.

Again, it doesn’t seem like my experience is the norm for them, but potential customers deserve to know the range of experiences that are possible with this group. I would proceed with caution if you are considering this service provider.
