They saved me 3K!
When my 18year old heater went out I called another well known HVAC company in the area. They were very prompt and professional but gave me a quote that seemed high. I called Peak and they quoted $3,000 less for the same equipment and service. They came out promptly, installed the new furnace and removed the old one. They left the work area in better shape than they found it and the install was super clean. The final price was not a penny more than the quote they gave over the phone. When your heater goes out in MN in the winter you are stuck. Glad there is a company out there that not only does great work , but also has integrity.

I came home from vacation, to the AC not working, and with temps on the rise, I was not optimistic about getting service quickly. But I called Monday morning, 8:15 am, someone answered on the second ring, quickly pulled up our service record, and scheduled a tech for 10:00 am! They even called to say the tech was running late and would arrive at 11:00--which the very nice young man did. And he cleared the mouse nest, fixed the wires and checked the unit out, and was done in an hour. Very reasonably priced too. I am SO amazed that this happened in the current environment of short labor pools, etc. I highly recommend this company!

I worked with Andy at Peak Heating and Cooling last year as I needed a new furnace and AC. He was punctual, helped me through the process of what my options were during the replacement, and ensured that I was ready to go with the project. I never felt like I was being sold something but instead I felt guided and educated about what my choices were.

The installation crew was amazing and respectful. They did an amazing job during cleanup and even went above and beyond by helping secure some of my floor vents so that I didn't need to climb up on a ladder and do it myself. Thanks guys. :)

This summer, my AC wasn't working. That was sure a bummer on a brand new system but Peak had someone out taking a look and had it fixed within days! I felt so taken care of and understand that things happen - you can't always foresee problems arising. They made a possibly stressful event barely a blip on my radar.

I had my new furnace serviced this fall in preparation for winter and the tech that came out was incredible! He was insightful, made recommendations on best practices based off of coming in to my home and checking out the other system near my furnace, which helps me stay more on top of managing my home.

To Peak Heating and Cooling - you guys are fantastic. Please keep doing what you are doing!

The hottest week of the summer and my AC goes out! These guys are pros! Jesse was helpful in walking me through options for a new AC unit and came out later that afternoon to confirm his estimate. The next day at 8 am two guys were out to install and were extremely friendly. Local place with great service and competitive pricing. You just got a customer for life!

Had a furnace installed by Peak recently and couldn't be happier. Very professional, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Got the job done right on schedule. Took care of the warranty registration and energy-efficient rebate filing for me. Outstanding customer service beginning to end. And their installed price was nearly a grand less than the first quote I got from another contractor. Peak checks all the boxes as far as I'm concerned.

We hired Peak to install a gas heater in our garage in Fall 2021. Their team was awesome. They arrived on time, clearly communicated their plan for install with me, consulted me on my preference for the location of both the thermostat/heater control and heater itself, and walked me through the basics of how to use it when they finished the install. When they learned the primary use was for heating the space for a garage gym through the winters, they programmed an auto-fan setting so I could have airflow in the summers, too. It was a thoughtful touch on Peak's part (I'm sure easy to do but still - the extra mile/thought wasn't required) and stuck out in my mind.

18 months later, I use the heater every day between Nov-Mar and it's been nothing but reliable and easy to use.

Peak Heating and Cooling, Inc. provided a top-shelf experience from start to finish. I needed to replace my 23 year old heating and cooling system. After getting 3 bids, I choose Peak because Andy K./Sales Representative, actually looked at my existing system to see if it really needed to be replaced regardless of age. He spent an hour with me discussing options after listening to what my issues and needs were. The Carrier system we decided on was exactly what I was looking for based on performance and price. The install took place a week later and Jason and his team were a pleasure to work with. Jason explained the process and time line before they started and took the time to walk me through all the new equipment features, especially the high-efficiency ones. During the 7 hour process they kept my home clean and they kept me informed. I'm glad I took the time to shop around and so glad I choose Peak Heating and Cooling – The experience, service and Carrier equipment is second to none.

After much research, we selected Peak Heating and Cooling to replace the 20+ year old furnace, air conditioner and humidifier in our house. The company representative, Andy, was extremely knowledgeable about all facets of the equipment specs and installation. The quotation he prepared for us was timely, very detailed and the price was competitive.

The installation team was punctual, professional, well organized and attentive to our questions as they arose. The team leader quietly but firmly oversaw the project from beginning to end with efficiency and competence.

The completed installation exceeded our expectations. The equipment was meticulously assembled and installed plus the team leader walked us through the entire operation upon completion.

Great service and great price! The folks at Peak really helped us out when our furnace went out. When we opted to replace the entire furnace everyone we contacted couldn't get out for several days for the install. Peak, however, offered to come out and get our old furnace running free of charge until the installers could get out with the new unit. We also compared prices with others in the metro area and Peak was very competitive. The installers that came out were also extremely professional and everything is working great. You won't find a better combination of service and pricing anywhere else!

Outstanding! I chose Peak Heating & Cooling Inc. after researching several furnaces, obtaining furnace installation estimates from several companies, and reading many unbiased reviews/ratings. From start to finish it has been a professional and excellent experience.
From the start Andy arrived on time, provided a fair estimate, answered all my questions over a month and was very patient while I did my research. He has been a pleasure to deal with and most helpful.
The installers arrived early! Yes, 10 minutes early, Could not believe it. Never happens here. They went to work immediately. I asked them to remove the 2 new raised panel hardcore doors in the laundry room area since I did not want the doors to get damaged in the small/tight furnace area. They were not concerned about it which concerned me but now I understand why. They were comfortable working in such a confined area without damaging a thing. They kept the laundry door closed during installation in order to keep the house warm. They cleaned up in the furnace room and in the garage (temporary workshop) leaving it as clean or cleaner than they found it! They advised forgetting one of the rebates at the office but by the time they were done with the day here they had it! Great guys and service.
The invoice they provided on installation was incorrect due to some changes Andy and I agreed on. I called into the office and an assistant checked into the matter immediately. She corrected the invoice and I made payment. Thank you.

Jesse and his team did a great job with our project. Communication was quick. The quote was fair. The team arrived exactly on time and did a quality work.

Sean was wonderful to work with! He came out to our house quickly for a furnace issue, spent a long time walking us through our entire system discussing maintenance and care to avoid future issues. He also gave us some optional upgrade tips, ways to save money and was very patient with all of our questions. We have used Peak twice now after switching from our old company and will definitely use them in the future! We have had great experiences with them!
