They saved me 3K!
When my 18year old heater went out I called another well known HVAC company in the area. They were very prompt and professional but gave me a quote that seemed high. I called Peak and they quoted $3,000 less for the same equipment and service. They came out promptly, installed the new furnace and removed the old one. They left the work area in better shape than they found it and the install was super clean. The final price was not a penny more than the quote they gave over the phone. When your heater goes out in MN in the winter you are stuck. Glad there is a company out there that not only does great work , but also has integrity. -

I came home from vacation, to the AC not working, and with temps on the rise, I was not optimistic about getting service quickly. But I called Monday morning, 8:15 am, someone answered on the second ring, quickly pulled up our service record, and scheduled a tech for 10:00 am! They even called to say the tech was running late and would arrive at 11:00--which the very nice young man did. And he cleared the mouse nest, fixed the wires and checked the unit out, and was done in an hour. Very reasonably priced too. I am SO amazed that this happened in the current environment of short labor pools, etc. I highly recommend this company!
