Despicable business practices. Scott Ferrell is dishonest, combative and impossible to work with. He charges an obscene amount, inflates his costs and is unwilling to discuss with the customer. His defense is the same with each customer - your house was the problem before he arrived. Don't waste your time. There are many honest, hardworking tradesmen in Minneapolis. Avoid this one.
