Great company

Highly recommend! The electrician came out right away to our home. He is very informative and showed great concern. He took the initiative to speak to the insurance company, and their adjusters all while in between his other work. This was a great convenience to cut out the middle man and Get things done ✔ He kept in contact throughout the whole process. Was very clear on the next steps to be taken and provided helpful options.

When I called to schedule service the person told me I had to sign up for Premium Home Service but I thought it was prepaying towards the service call and whatever work needed to be done. They charged my credit card and never showed up, never called and never did anything. When I called Galloway there was no answer and no voicemail or any way to leave a message. After filing a dispute with my credit card company, they told me to call Home Premium services and ask for a refund. I did so and will wait to see if this actually happens, as I just made that call. Supposedly this will happen but I would NEVER call Galloway for anything again! What kind of company charges in advance and never shows up?!!

We wanted to install an electrical tankless water heater, which required to expand our electrical breaker panel and run two high current lines to our basement. He coordinated this work with the plumber and the electrician who worked in our house was very polite, knowledgeable and did good, careful work. We are happy and recommend Galloway Electric without reservation.

Had Justin from River city out to quote a panel upgrade to go from 100a to 200a. He was fantastic during the estimate process and the end quote was more affordable than the big name outfits had estimated so we decided to work with River City.

They performed flawless work, kept the area clean, and were courteous and friendly.

The new panel (and code upgrades required) easily passed inspection. Overall A+ experience, and will enthusiastically recommend them to friends and neighbors looking for similar work. I'll certainly be contacting them for any further electrical work we need down the road!

River City Electric saved the day for me. Tackling a DIY lighting install in my home, I came across a junction box that was well beyond my skill level. (Pic posted is the "before" arrangement that left me scratching my head.) I realized I needed someone qualified to sort it all out - which River City Electric did promptly and with fair pricing. I'm keeping their number in my phone handy for if / when I run across any other electrical needs. (Got a referral to use them from a contractor friend who said these are his go-to electrical guys - and I can see why!)
