I called Babe Plumbing a few days ago to deal with an issue. They responded and my problem was taken care of within a couple of hours. I was informed of options and costs up front. Isaiah was knowledgable and professional keeping me informed and answering my questions. Of course as luck would have it, (things happen in 3's) I had to call for 2 other unrelated issues a couple of days later. I was informed they (Isaiah) was running late, but would still be coming. He arrived and took care of my 2 problems. Hopefully I'm done with things going wrong, but if not, I won't hesitate to call Babe. Love this company!

Super great experience! Highly recommend! They put in a sump pump, and replaced my old outside water spigot. Found out they can help with my range exhaust replacement, too!! Very friendly. Professional. Timely. I will use Babe again!

I had a small leak in my copper line, causing water to leak into my finished basement. I called on short notice late in the afternoon and was very surprised that I was able to get a technician out in about an hour from the call. Very unexpected. The assistance I received from the clerk was very helpful, and explained the process. I received text messages when my technician was on their way to my home. Their work was excellent and the job was done to satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

Curtis and I think it was Bryan came within a couple of hours of me requesting an estimate. They installed two toilets. They were very friendly, did a great job and cleaned up nice. I would highly recommend.

The company probably does a good job, has great people and are punctual and efficient. I did not have them do the work as I felt the estimate was on the high side (2 hours of work for over $800 to replace/fix 2 shutoff valves). Oh, and they provide a 1 year warranty on the fix (if I need to have warranty work I would NOT be calling them - LOL). With a high trip charge of $96 a company probably doesn't have much incentive to provide a reasonable quote; they will make $ even if you don't have the work done or you do not want to waste $96 for nothing and accept the high $ quote. In my research most plumbing companies will charge $49 to $79 for the trip/estimate charge.

This is just my opinion and I was able to have the work done for a little over $500 from a reputable company. This price was for one shutoff valve as the other one was a minor fix and just included in the price. There are still companies that value customers and repeat business rather than making a quick buck!

It is not my budget that was an issue, it is paying $400 an hour for a plumber is ridiculous. He told me how long it would take! If your costs are too much that you cannot compete with other companies rates other potential customers should be aware of this. That is why I provided the review, as I believe you charge a high price to provide a quote because you have customers locked in by not wanting to throw away those dollars in hopes of getting a better price (of more than your $96 quote price). I don't fault a company for charging to come and provide an estimate, but your charge for that and the job quote is not in line with some of the better companies out there!

Needed urgent plumbing repair in Chaska and Babe’s was able to send out a service technician same day. Work was done satisfactory and technician was very helpful. Would recommend and will very likely use again. Be sure to ask about the Veteran and First Responder discount.

Isaac and Babes HVAC technician (Didn’t catch his name) came over to take a look at my master bath and shower. They were very knowledgeable and fun to be around. Made the mildly stressful situation much more enjoyable. You could tell they had experience working on bathtubs and showers. I liked how they were non invasive and didn’t want to go straight to cutting massive holes in my wall. I cannot thank you guys enough for stopping by so quickly. I highly recommend these guys! My water heater was leaking and I called Babe. They came to look at it in about an hour. Isaac checked it and gave me a couple options for replacement. I called the next morning with my choice and they were able to replace it that morning before the leak got worse. Isaac was timely, very polite, covered his shoes and cleaned up when done. I will definitely use Babe again for my plumbing needs.

My experience with Babe plumbing was wonderful! The young man Kaleb was a delight in a stressful situation. It's so hard looking through a phone book looking at all the options and not knowing which one to trust. We called Babe plumbing and thank goodness we did! The young man was pleasant and truly worked so hard to get the problem resolved, but it wasn't in the drain, it was the toilet itself which he replaced. He had to make 2 trips into town and got the job done, he cleaned up after himself and we are so pleased with his work!!! He was quick, efficient, and always had a wonderful attitude. BABE plumbing now has a new client for life!!! Thank you Babe plumbing for being there for us and being so helpful!!!

Babe plumbing knocked it out of the park. They responded to an after hours email inquiry just minutes past their posted opening hours and had a tech at my house within an hour. They were very respectful and professional. They were upfront about cost and repairs and had everything done in about 1.5 hours. 10/10 would recommend. Great job Babe plumbing.

We got a super high water bill and realized our water softener was running 24/7. We called and Jeremy came out the next morning, gave a good overview of the issue and a reasonable price and replaced the water softener the same day. Very happy with the service we received! No fun to come home from a vacation and find that the water line to the fridge has a hole that has been leaking into the basement. I called at 7:30am and Isaac was here by 10:15. Found the problem and had it fixed up in a timely manner. Great work, advice and consultation on next steps.

Curt was our installer and he did a very good job. He was very pleasant. Had to make a couple extra trips into town for parts. Found out We didn’t have a floor drain so we had to use the drain for the washing machine, so that worked out all in all a very nice experience. Everything is working perfectly. Thank you.
