Constraction reviews in Circle Pines, Minnesota

We recently worked with Brandan from Four Point Construction on a full exterior renovation of our home, including roof replacement, siding, trim, and gutter downspouts—all part of an insurance claim. From start to finish, Brandan was exceptional.

His knowledge of construction materials and building codes was invaluable, especially with the total house wrap and full siding replacement. I relied on his expertise to ensure everything was done correctly and up to code. He also worked closely and professionally with our insurance adjuster to make sure every detail was covered, which made the process smooth and stress-free.

Brandan’s in-house crews were excellent—skilled, efficient, and easy to work with. The quality of their work speaks for itself. Brandan’s friendly, honest approach and confidence in what he does made us feel completely at ease throughout the project.

If you're looking for a contractor who knows his business, communicates well, and delivers high-quality results, Brandan is your guy. Highly recommended!

We had siding and roof replaced on our house and our garage. Working with Mike Miller was great. He thoroughly explained everything, answered our questions, was always quick to respond to our calls, and always made sure we were satisfied with the work. The crews did a great job, too. All in all, we have been very pleased with everything. Thanks for the good experience.

We had Four Point Construction replace our roof last year after getting the run around from our insurance company. We had some major hail damage spots and working with this team was so easy! We were surprised to find out that the roof would be completely done in one day! Highly recommend again!

Mike at four point was really great for our roof and siding project. We had a long long fight with the insurance company that he was integral in getting what was actually needed based on the damage. He did not stop his support and once it was time to hit the ground running on the project, he made sure that went smoothly as well. Would highly recommend.

Really a great experience from our first meeting to completion. Clear communication and excellent attention to detail. We had them build a 1400 square foot, heated and insulated pole barn and a huge deck for us. Crews were clean, professional and worked hard. Thank you Four Point team.

4 point construction did a great job with replacing my roof after a hail storm. They were fast and efficient. Got it all done in less than one day and you wouldn’t have even known they were there, except for the brand new, beautiful roof! Mike made the process easy and really went to bat with my insurance company. In fact, he’s still dealing with them- months later!

We hired four point construction to replace several decks for our association. Mike Miller went above and beyond throughout the entire process. His communication and care in quality was very impressive. His crew did an excellent job, working efficiently and consistently each day. We would highly recommend their company and plan on using them for future projects. Thanks Mike and the team for really making this a positive experience.

We had our roof replaced in October, and it was completely done within a few days! The whole process was smooth and professional. We worked directly with Mike Miller and he was responsive, and easy to work with! He gave us options but didn’t push for the most expensive! You could tell he cared about what we wanted and needed. Our roof turned out flawless and we get compliments often!
