Mark was beyond amazing! We are first time homeowners and he gave us all we needed to know and more! We will use his tips and tricks for life. We learned so much about homes in general. I was very surprised how much the inspector checked and reviewed the property. His attention to detail was outstanding. Because of his attention to detail our choice of the new property has reached a very comfortable point for both my wife and myself.

I am buying my first home and have been so stressed about finding a solid, safe, home. My inspector, Kelly Brill, was INCREDIBLE!!!!!! We went through every inch of the house, she explained every nook and cranny, answered all my questions, and somehow made the tedious journey fun! She was funny but professional, and so thorough! I now know exactly how much TLC my new home will need and how to maintain it for years to come. 1,000/10! Can’t recommend Kelly and Marigold enough ❤️

The entire process with the company was an excellent experience. I spoke with a representative who thoroughly answered my questions and clearly explained the process. The inspector arrived on time, addressed all of my questions, and clarified terminology I didn’t fully understand.

Received excellent services from Marigold Home Inspections in conducting sewer line inspection, radon measuring and residential inspection. All reports were though and provided pictures to demonstrate issues when applicable. The Inspector, Kelly, was professional and clearly explained any questions I had about the property.

Tony did a very thorough new construction inspection for me. The details provided were insightful and the items pointed out, will be brought to the attention of the builder during our walk-through. There were definitely a few things that I wouldn’t have seen or had the wherewithal to understand they were an issue. I highly recommend -regardless of whether or not you’re buying new construction or an older home that you consider getting a inspection through Marigold. There’s definitely an ROI on any fees that you may pay and the value of having the home inspection and knowing the things that you need to address ot pay attention to help helps you rest easy. I’ll be using Marigold for my 11 month inspection as well. 🙏

Overall very great experience, scheduling and completion was really user friendly. The team was friendly and walked me through the inspection that was informative and easy to connect to the reports after. At no point did I feel a lack of information and all information was consistent.

Matt was so thorough in his inspection of our home and made all of the information so easy to follow (which as a first time home owner means a lot). He was also incredibly kind and friendly to work with. We would highlight recommend Matt and the Marigold team!

I recently had a home inspection done where I couldn’t be there in person but my Aunt attended in person , but thanks to Mitchell’s suggestion, we were able to do the inspection via FaceTime. I had a great experience with Marigold Home Inspections. Anthony was extremely thorough and explained every detail, even small issues like two roof shingles with minor damage. The details in the report gave me a peace of mind with knowing possible future repairs and maintenance to plan for. I’m very thankful I was able to schedule my inspection the day I signed the purchase agreement and I was able to get the inspection the very next day! Especially since I needed it done within 4 days for an as-is sale. He answered all my questions and showed me how to maintain my new home. Excellent service!

The inspector was thorough and talked about the house in clear and easy to understand terms. This is not my first home purchase and I have had both mediocre and good inspections done. Marigold did a really good job and I would contract them again in a future home purchase.
