We used this company and they did a great job. They explained the process, showed us how much they removed from our vents and took before and after photos.Pricing was very resonable

I committed clearly to a $250 only service in writing (through messenger). I wasn’t home when they did the service and they added on multiple services without quoting my spouse the additional fees. $850 was charged! When I contacted the FB scheduler about it (she’s the one who quoted me $250 including taxes, and who I told I’d have $250 for the project) she said she’d get back to me and then she blocked me. I called the owner who generously offered a refund check since there was a clear misunderstanding and we weren’t happy about the service. I said I don’t need a full refund- just a fair refund of what was beyond the agreement. He said he’d send a check. Nothing for a week. I followed up. He said he’d send it again. A week later, nothing. I called again and he said he’d drop it off. Nothing. Finally a month later after I followed up again and he texted and said he’d send it electronically. The next morning $100 was sent. I reached out since this is considerably less than I clearly expected from our text and phone conversations. He said “I said I’d give you a refund, I never said how much of a refund…”. Seriously?! The whole experience felt unsettling, unethical and mentally draining. I tried to negotiate with him and come to a fair arrangement but he was unwilling and ultimately didn’t respond to my last attempt to reach out before posting this review. I wouldn’t recommend. I’ve learned my lesson to check the BBB for reviews or get referrals from friends who’ve personally can vouch for a company.

Jay and Trent did a wonderful job in explaining process and even showed how much crud there was. They were efficient, even made sure all vents were secured. They even made my dog Betty feel comfortable with them being there before they started.

Jay and Adam were very professional, kind, and efficient. Although the Total paid was significantly more than originally quoted Jay explained everything before starting and made sure we understood and accepted the price change prior to starting the job! They did amazing! Thanks guys!

I highly recommend this company! They quoted me a price and stuck with it. When Trent and Stan came they went right to work. Trent also said I'm not going to get you to pay more then you want. Not going to sell you on stuff you don't need. Which is exactly how it went. I told him what we wanted to pay, what the quote was and stuck to it. All and all I am happy and pleased with both Trent and Stan. They are very professional and will definitely come back to this company again!

I saw a post on my Facebook neighborhood group in which someone said they were starting a new duct cleaning business and had a special. I asked them to PM me. Almost instantly, someone messaged me asking the square footage of my house to give me a quote. I was quoted $199. When the person came I was impressed by the fancy van considering it was a new company. I mentioned this and the guy looked at me like I was nuts. He said it's not a new company. It's my friend's company and it's been around for years. I went back and messaged the guy on Facebook who had pm'd me and he acted like he had no idea why I thought it was a new company. The technician did clean my vents but he explained that it was going to cost much more money, more than double what was quoted because I have two mains, not one and he had to cut a hole in one and he had to clean the wires in my heater. Afterwards I messaged the company directly through Facebook. The owner called immediately and apologized. He threatened to fire the person who had pm'd me on Facebook. I said please don't do that but give him a warning about how he acquires clients. The owner seemed genuine and offered a partial refund. At first I said that wasn't necessary but then I agreed to a partial refund because it did seem shady that it cost more than twice as much and that they weren't a new company like they had advertised on Facebook. The FB post about the new company, by the way, had already been taken down. The check never came. I have contacted the owner twice since then because now I am determined to get that refund... Especially after reading reviews that other people had the same experience as me. I decided that before editing my review (which had been good because I had been impressed after talking to the owner), I would contact him one more time and say I didn't get the check. He replied saying that I'm extorting him. He said he had read other reviews I had left and could tell that this was my practice of writing a review and then extorting the company. Seriously?!?! He said he has a screenshot of our conversations and he will post them if I change my review. Go ahead. Post any of our conversation, but please stop taking advantage of people.

I responded to a special for $249. The tech did a full inspection and showed me my dryer vent and blower motor needed to be cleaned , also my air exchange,i skipped on the air exchange which he ended up giving me that for free and they even included a 5year warranty. The technician didn't use pressure sales he just told me his recommendations and let me and my wife decide. I will recommend them to family and friends and I didn't have to pay until I was completely satisfied, in which i was! Also i looked them up and found the license# 2147483647 It was rather easy to locate, just go to secretary of state and you can locate it, it's public information.
