Twin City Heating, Air, and Electric

I called (Oct. 11th, '22) because our 2 yr old Carrier furnace wasn't working. I searched several companies online and chose Twin City Heating & Air because I wanted to get their join the Comfort Care Program. I called them for an appointment and mentioned that the heat was not working and we had an appointment the next day. I received a text when the tech was on the way along with his photo and a short bio. Our technician, Alex Smythe showed up on time and walked me through his findings. Several installation errors were found, one shorted out the igniter box and another needed to be redesigned. (the fresh air return pipe was located above the igniter motor and condensation dripped on it) We had one very cold day while waiting on parts but he was back the following day and got us all fixed up. (10-14-22) Wonderful to have heat again. I'm looking forward to the yearly tune-ups for the furnace and A/C. Alex is wonderful and explained everything to me when I asked him to show me the changes he'd made. Very nice and friendly young man.

We called several places that claimed they were 24 hour service and they're the only ones that came out. I think we got the owner too - so appreciative they were able to get our furnace functional until they could get a part after the weekend. We had them install our Aprilaire as well and will use them in the future! Thank you!

Our technician Dan was so prompt, polite, and clean! He identified and solved the problem quickly and was super friendly. Great experience!
