Excellent service! Mark H was our HVAC Technician and he was wonderful. Not only did he address our problems but educated me on some tips and tricks to help keep our systems running to their best potential in the future. This was easily 5 stars.

If I could give no stars, I would. I wouldn't be surprised if a 5 star quickly followed this as seems to be the trend with their reviews. On the initial visit, the tech lazily gave us the "clean the unit" excuse, charged us the $100 and left without even resetting the error on the unit. Also complained that if it was more than just cleaning, "it's a lot of work" Since then, we've had 2 no calls, no shows. After which, we've had to contact them to find out why they didn't show up and to reschedule. It has now been a day and a half since the last no show and have received no call despite having tried to make contact. Worst experience ever.
