Tim at Fair Heating and Air, LLC has the experience, the expertise, the knowledge, the education, and the professionalism of all things HVAC.

I experienced him for a new home purchase furnace inspection. He did right by me then. A couple months later, I used him for a new furnace install at another home and he did right by me again. He came through with 5 stars!

His price is not only fair and reasonable, but better than competitors. That in no way suggests shortcuts or shoddy work. Tim did a fabulous and a perfectly detailed & thoroughly professional job. He is also timely and quick to respond and fully equipped.

He will not pressure you, up-sell you, nor cut corners, but rather give you options on how you want to proceed. He will work with you with patience and your budget. My suggestion is that you take his suggestions seriously.

I am always amazed, excited and a great proponent of young men and women who have such responsible ethics and attitudes with an unmatched zeal to excel in their own private businesses.

My husband and I just moved into a new house and discovered fairly quickly that the A/C was not cooling as needed. I sent out asking for quotes to come look at it and Fair Heating & Air was extremely fast at responding, was able to get here quickly and fixed the problem the same day! Tim was very conscientious about being in our home especially during this difficult time and he was extremely patient explaining our options. I highly recommend!

Tim was awesome, replaced our furnace and installed a new wifi thermostat. Very attentive to detail and cleanliness and making sure everything was done right. Fair Heating was reasonably priced and got our furnace replaced and up and running promptly. We were very happy and we will use them again for future HVAC needs.

I waited a full year to write my review for Tim and Authentic Air. Tim installed a new furnace and A/C unit in my home and both have ran flawlessly for the past year. We had been limping along on older equipment and needed to upgrade. I did my due diligence and received four quotes from different area companies. Tim stood out head and shoulders above the rest. We discussed different lines,models etc. Tim immediately made me feel comfortable and I felt there was zero pressure to make a choice that I may not have wanted or to be pushed in a direction not of my choosing. When you are investing this type of money in your home you need to trust the company and it's people implicitly. Tim exceeded all of our expectations and then some. Please do yourself a favor if you are in the market for AC/Furnace repair or installation call Tim and let him handle the job. You will not be disappointed!

I always prefer to deal with "small" shops as opposed to the bigger companies. Tim was very thorough in informing me what my options were regarding my situation - and the respective pros/cons of each repair scenario. I weighed my options and the repair is STILL going strong. :-) I'd certainly recommend Tim if you're looking for a honest, no frills approach to solving your heating and A/C needs!

Tim is Excellent, very knowledgeable. Our AC unit inside started leaking water. I called Fair Heating and Air LLC, Tim came, was spot on it, said "i know what is causing the issue". and took care of our AC in no time. He knows what he was doing. I highly recommend Fair Heating and Air LLC.

Tim admitted he was busy all over the place. The weekend was 90+ and he told me he can make it that very night I called or early next morning. We agreed early next morning and he arrived at a good time. He knew what he was doing and did not try to sell me sketchy stuff. I've call multiple AC techs and they only have the following week available. I will be doing business with Tim when it comes to HVAC. Thanks Tim!

Tim was very fair and friendly. Answered the phone right away on a Saturday and was on the scene in less than one hour. Repaired my AC in about an hour (bad electrical part). The charge was very reasonable (bill was 319.00 including the weekend service charge). Even though my AC is old and tired sounding, Tim did not try to tell me to replace anything unnecessary. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Fair Heating and Air.

Our air conditioner wasn't working in this 90 plus degree weather. Called 3 companies and most said they couldn't come out until next week - which is understandable with the heat wave we are in. But Tim came to the rescue said he would be at our house in 12 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and a super nice guy. He left just over a hour ago and already feeling cool air. Couldn't be happier with their service!

I can't say enough good things about this company! We had our entire furnace replaced last year. Tim was efficient, knowledgeable, and quick. His work speaks for itself, plain and simple. Pricing is by far lower than bigbox stores as well as the service is incredible! One small problem with our airconditioner, one quick text, and Tim was out to our house the following morning to repair it. Very grateful for their service, I'd recommend them 10 times over 😊

Tim the service provider was extremely professional, courteous, and on time. He very quickly assess the issue and fixed the problem in my heating system. My heat had been out for over 10 hours and he fixed it within one hour and it’s 14° outside. I would highly recommend authentic air heating and cooling.

I was very impressed with the knowledge from Tim and his attention to detail. Safety was the number one priority and he went above and beyond to make sure that me and my family felt supported. Fantastic work had my AC repaired in a timely manner, explained well on what needed to be done. Got the house cooled and everyone was super happy getting home to a fixed AC. Tim did an amazing job! If you are thinking about using this company please do!!

Tim installed a new air conditioner in my house about two years ago. He was efficient, professional, and provided great service. I had a minor problem with my air conditioner today. I called him this morning and he came out within a few hours. He quickly resolved the problem, installed a new part, and told me it was covered by warranty.
