This company is exactly what their name is - "Dependable". We have used them for the last 8 years and highly recommend them for their work, their response time and their prices.

Wow! I am just amazed about how wonderful and helpful these guys are. Our furnace died in the middle of January. Other companies ( not to name names) were difficult to work with, and they wanted to overcharge us . Not these guys. They came out quickly, gave us a fabulous price, and were super friendly to deal with. Thank you so much! I'll call you in April to do my A/C unit.

I was referred to Dependable by a contractor that had installed my HVAC but is no longer in the industry. I was unable to schedule service due to my tight repair timeline, but Tim spent several minutes on the phone with me anyway trying to diagnose my air conditioning problem and even looking up warranty information for my condenser. Instead of trying to railroad me into using them, he gave me two referrals for other companies. This level of customer service is all too rare these days. I'll definitely do business with Dependable in the future!

Good company. They installed our furnace and ac. We always call them for the biannual check They are dependable and don’t try to upcharge. I recommend them.
