Tree reviews in Corcoran, Minnesota

Great group of folks, Thanks for the Massive tree removal guys . If your ever in the need for tree removal this is great option for anyone. Thanks again Forrest !

Highly recommended. Very reasonable prices and efficient. Clean up is exceptional and staff is super friendly.

Forrest did a great job! He called me the day before the work was scheduled to be done and informed me of the time of day he would be there. The next day, he and his crew showed up precisely on time.

His crew was careful with the machinery not to damage my yard. In addition, great care was taken when cutting down the trees I needed removed not to damage any other trees or plants in the vicinity. The crew took great care to drop sections of the tree where they would not damage my fence nor my neighbors fence and other structures.

Finally, I found Forrest’s prices to be reasonable. I will definitely have Forrest back for other tree needs. I highly recommend him.

Forrest and the crew was very professional and thorough from start to finish of the job.

Friendly service, fair pricing and a fabulous team of professionals who are personable and great to work with. Highly recommend!

General lack of communication. I was not informed when they were coming and they just showed up one day. Although they do take credit cards they failed to disclose that there is a hefty fee to use a card.

Forrest trimmed our maple tree last week. He and his crew did an excellent job, cleaned up all the branches, etc. We would highly recommend him for any tree work. We have lived here for 25 years and have had other tree work done and he is the best yet!

Crew did a wonderful job trimming trees. All brush was removed and the yard and street left very clean.

Trees by Forest did an amazing job removing and stump grinding our trees. They left the yard in the same condition as when they showed up. Little to no damage to yard. Thak you

We live in the woods - every year Forrest and Mitch work on our trees - opening up the canopy so sunlight reaches our gardens, trimming to ensure wind moves easily through the canopy to prevent blowdowns, treatment for ash borer prevention, etc.

These are the real professionals, not just "chain saw guys" - they provide arborist level service with a friendly approach.

We’ve hired Forrest and his crew twice this summer after storms brought down several trees. Their work is outstanding - professional and thorough. Pricing was very fair, communication & clean-up were great. They’re some of the nicest people you’ll meet, and we’ll definitely call on them again!

Forrest and his team did an outstanding job removing a 75' Basswood tree that fell in the wind. He promptly came out to assess the tricky situation we had spanning multiple neighbors' properties, made me feel the most comfortable about their removal process out of all the bids I got, and also came in with a competitive and reasonable quote. I will surely be enlisting Forrest and his team to assist me with all the other tree work I need done on this property we recently bought. Couldn't be more pleased with their services. Highly recommend!

Family business, professionally run. Very high quality work. Really hard to get on their schedule as they have such a great reputation.

Trees By Forrest did an ash tree removal at a competative price. The crew works well together and it is evident that Forrest, owner, seeks to provide a positive experience. Tree removal went well with all the heavy equipment items they use. Cleanup made it pristine; like they were never here.

This was the lowest bid received; seeing the crew work quickly and never stopping was a very positive sign. This is a family owned business.

Trees By Forrest earned a five star review.

Forrest was hands down the right guy for all the work we needed done!! He took the time to go around our whole yard and advice us on how to best care for our trees- he provided an easy to understand quote- answered all ??- he committed to a time frame and stuck to it-
He and his team were so efficient!!
Made quick work of dropping the sick tree in picture as their first project- ( very impressive!!) they worked around the yard to clean up the rest and our trees and they are so much happier!
Its obvious he takes his own business personal-
When the crew was done they left no!!! Mess at all- 😎😎

We had 9 ash trees dying from emerald ash borer infestation. These guys got them all down, stumps ground down and cleaned up nicely in 2 days of winter work. Great crew, timely, friendly and honest. Highly recommended.

Forest and his team are extremely professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. They have been doing my trees and stocking us with firewood since 2019, no reason to look any further!

Trees by Forest removed a tree from our backyard which had split down the middle and part of it was in the pond. They did a very good job of navigating a tight area and doing the removal. They also ground the stump deeply so we can replant in the same area.

I do knock off 1/2 a star for a couple things: 1) They didn't heed our request that a section of the tree top should remain in the pond to provide structure for wildlife; 2) Between the time I signed the contract and spoke to a scheduler was several weeks - more than a month in fact. And I was the one who initiated contact. It was long enough a gap that I had become concerned that a problem existed.

So, 4.5 out of 5 stars - and if you discount my concerns (which may not be your concerns) then you could call this review 5 stars.

(edited rating to 5 stars instead of 4; my specific concerns and 4.5 star rating are covered in the review)

Short visit in the morning to cover a number of projects I was hoping they could do. Mitch and a couple others got to work and made a great day of it. Covered everything just the way I hoped. And they were insightful, going beyond my wishes. Cleaned up great like nothing ever happened.Great Team!!

Our trees have never been trimmed and pruned as well as last summer; and we have had this done over a 56 year period! I have been amazed at how much better the trees are shaped!! They know what they are doing.

Trees by Forrest did an amazing job! They were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. The crew was friendly, the pricing was fair, and my yard looks great. I highly recommend them for any tree service needs
