Dan was great! For several years I have been having a problem with my MultiFlo septic system where the good bacterial colony has not been thriving. I suspected the issue was caused by both my water softener and iron filter discharging into the MultiFlo system, so I consulted with three different water treatment contractors (including Dan) to determine the best solution to both remove iron from my well water and also reduce the backwash discharge to the MultiFlo system. Dan's proposed solution was the least expensive and so far has been very effective. I was impressed at how he took time to carefully diagnose the issue, propose and test a solution, then install a new product that works great. Very impressed!

Paragon lived up to their namesake. The responsiveness, clarity, accuracy and price were all top notch. I never leave reviews, because I'm convinced that businesses don't actually want three and four star reviews. That's not an issue this time.
Paragon beat the competition on price, on having a free estimate that was ACTUALLY free, and on being willing to discuss my issue in detail without sending a technician to my door (thereby forcing me to either pay a trip charge or accept their bid).

Paragon's price on the work-as-requested beat the competition by a country mile. Paragon also offered me a lower-cost option that I hadn't even considered.

Paragon's estimate on time-to-completion was off by fifteen minutes...the work was completed early.

Paragon was professional and helpful over both text and voice. I didn't try e-mail.

Highly recommend Paragon Water! Had plumbing work on our new home we just constructed and Daniel paid close attention to details, offered advice on options for new work and arrived on time and finished the work promptly. We are so happy he addressed our needs and Paragon will be back to continue other plumbing work in our lower level that’s roughed in for a future bathroom and stationary tub.

Our water in Delano was so awful. Between the smell and mineral deposits, our family was deeply concerned what we were putting in our bodies and on our skin. Daniel did a great job putting in a water softener, whole house carbon filter, and reverse osmosis drinking water filtration system. We have water that now tastes and smells like water should.
