I have always been very happy with my contact with you from the customer service to the team that comes to our home. The work is excellent and I love the whole house is clean at the same time.

Expensive cleaners for their quality of work. Cleaners broke an expensive desk lamp, and getting them to pay to replace the lamp was next to impossible. Business owners are untrustworthy and difficult.

We had Premier Maids come and do the first time deep cleaning. We had a few issues, they put a new dent in the wall by the stairs and one of the cleaners dropped a porcelain knick-knack, then just put it back on the shelf without saying anything- I was in the same room and saw it happen. We told the head lady that we understand things happen, but they need to be honest and say something immediately, or else they lose our trust. We agreed to give them another shot and scheduled our first bi-monthly cleaning for Dec 21 at 8am - we got email confirmation from the head lady. They did not show up, call or respond to email or voicemail. I had rearranged work schedules to make this happen. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

I booked the service weeks in advance. They came one hour early without a phone call. My husband knew I was having someone come to clean the house. He was home. He asked the cleaners if they were here for me. They said no. So he was going he wasn’t going to have them clean the house because he knew I had someone coming in the next hour. They left without calling me.

I arrived home to greet the cleaners. They didn’t arrive I called several times to find out what happened to them. Finally I was told that they left because my husband was mad. If they tell my husband they are not here for me and he told them not to come in I would not consider that mean. He was expecting someone to come a hour later who would vouch that they were here for me.

My event is in 3 hours. Called company they didn’t offer to send someone else or offer any discount for their error. I expected more but was very disappointed especially that no one called me.

What an awesome cleaning company with excellent, caring service. I cannot say enough good things about this company. FANTASTIC value for your dollar. You will not be disappointed. I wanted a green cleaners with dedicated, professional service, who treat their employees well and I have found that. The service is incomprabable, they always go above and beyond. It is so nice to walk into my apartment after they have been there and find everything gleaming. THANK YOU!

I hired “Premier maids” to do deep cleaning of my house and I discussed about this job over the phone and the manager agreed and promised to do deep cleaning of the carpet (4 bed rooms, family room), kitchen cabinets, hard floor, bathrooms (2) and the stairs. The team arrived on time on scheduled date and since I didn’t have the time to see/supervise how the work goes, I paid $260 upfront (check) and gave them my key to finish the whole thing as per the agreement. The next day, my wife checked the house and noticed that they didn’t properly clean as per the agreement. They didn’t scrub the bathrooms, didn’t even vacuum the carpet in all rooms, kitchen cabinets dirty and the whole team was unprofessional and don’t deserve to be in this type of business. They are the worst people I have ever seen in this type of business… Not trustworthy… The next day, I called the person and presented my complaint, but she failed to admit her fault. The bad thing was I used check to do the payment and they immediately cleared the check. Now there is no way to recover time and money wasted on this business, but it’s a good lesson in case I got a small or big project in the future. My point is please don’t hire this type of people and I advise you to be present while the job is done. Thanks.
