Removed the wrong tree and said would replace the tree after it was removed and never came and replanted a new tree.

Just thought the world should know that I hired them last summer to prune my trees and they made them look like palm trees and left stubs and bad cuts everywhere and worse was they used spikes and told me it would not hurt the tree at all..Now Almost 1 year later my Trees are completely Dead. WHEN I hired them my Trees we're healthy and just needed a small prune.SO THANKS AGAIN FOR KILLING MY TREES!!!! SINCERELY A CUSTOMER WHO THEY LEFT IN THE WIND.

Another company referred me to Blue Chip after they were unable to trim my tree. The third party provided inaccurate information as to what service I needed. And despite admitting that they were confused by the instructions and knew they didn't make sense, they carried out the instructions anyway and charged me for it. Afterward, they clearly stated multiple times that my tree is dying and requires removal and all of the expensive work they did that day was pointless. I was home all day and no one knocked on my door to tell me this until it was too late. To be fair, most of the blame lies with the original company that referred me, and Blue Chip was very apologetic about it, so take that for what you will.
