You get a certain level of professionalism and care when you hire a small family owned business. They did an excellent job. My teenage daughter even complimented them. Anyone with a teenager knows that compliments are rare.

They were very professional and respectful. With lots of perennials all around the house they were very careful not damage them. Very speedy as well and the after effects were wonderful. Clean windows!! Would definitely use them again.

the technicians were very professional and did a great job of cleaning the ducks and up after themselves. Everything was put back to its original spot. Only problem was arriving in the window of time allotted. Not a them problem, but short of technician's problem. Stanley Steemer needs to employee more personnel during peck seasons.

I’ve used Jaime before and requested him. I appreciate his being thorough, respectful, and friendly. I regularly have my tile and carpets cleaned and am happy with the results. The carpet usually dries in less than 24 hrs.

Corey was our technician and did an excellent job! He cleaned five rooms and a set of stairs. He moved and replaced furniture, pretreated all areas and he removed stains that have been missed by previous cleaning services. Shout out to Stanley Steemer and Corey!

Zach did a wonderful job! Excellent customer service, very curtious and knowledgeable. He was respectful of our home (interior and exterior). Cleaned up after he completed the service. If there were 10 stars...we would give them!

Jose came out today in the time window I expected. I received several text updates on his arrival time. He listened to my needs and then made recommendations. We added a couple area rugs and some upholstery that sees everyday use with kids. I couldn’t be happier. The house looks amazing and smells fresh. Jose took his time and didn’t rush, which I really appreciated. If you want the best, you call Stanley Steemer!

Jose was very personable. Unfortunately he moved quickly. So quickly that it makes me wonder did all of the grout get sealed. Seemed to be in a hurry. There was over spray of the sealer i am assuming or residue from the product that i will have to go over and remove. Also, foot prints from Jose on the tile in many places. Walked on it wet etc. The tile looks cleaner and i am happy with that just wish I didn’t have to clean up after the service.

McKale was super friendly, professional, and informative. He explained the process thoroughly and helped me through some of the add ons that may help my needs. When he started he was very diligent in protecting my walls. McKale is highly suggested if you need a technician.

Our technician, Anthony, did an excellent job in steam cleaning our carpets. He was very efficient, professional and personable. We have utilized the services of Stanley Steemer in the past, and they always do a top notch job.

Jose was probably the most knowledgeable person yet from Stanley. He had so much info to share with me regarding cats and carpet. I only want him to clean my carpets now on. He did such a good job. You can tell he has lots of pride and passion in what he does. The results show that 💯.

Corey has been here a few times previously do some water evacuation in my basement. Today, he was here to clean my damaged carpets. He has always been very helpful and professional. Carpet looks great. He will be back next week to do more!

Uriel and Andre cleaned my furnace and my air ducts. They were efficient and perfect.Their teamwork was wonderful. Uriel answered all my questions and continue to keep me informed with everything they were doing.And always wondering if I understood, or how I felt about it, complete and total genuine care. Andre, and I talked about how I was concerned about my son, not having to breathe in dust all the time.Cuz he does have sinus issues. He told me about the two different air purifiers. Not necessarily trying to force me to buy.But letting me know what they were like, and what they were about and what they would do. Answered all of my questions about it called this supervisor to see if I could get a discount.Because I was buying so much, it was something I wasn't quite sure I could afford. And he told me to take a couple days to make up my mind, because he was not trying to make me do anything.He wanted to help me with my dilemma. I ended up purchasing one that I believe will be good.I haven't tried it yet, but the bottom line is that it was I, that opened up the conversation and he was trying to be helpful.And useful. I really appreciated that he had a lot of wonderful things to say about the company, which I appreciated, that too, because I prefer people that stand behind who where they work. And he and also Uriel, are basically two people that stand behind the company. They don't just go there to go to work. They really have
respect for the company, and they wantedand did represent the ideals of the company by their behavior. I was very fond of both of them. It was personal, it was gratifying. And it felt good to have them say positive things about their job. And the work; the hard work they do and not complaining, but being happy that they can offer this kind of cleaning that benefits the home owner.
Most people aren't thinking abot that , not realizing, it's a great improvement for the cost..Their house could be better.Their furnaces could be better by just cleaning them. The bottom line, if you take care of your furnace, it's gonna take care of you.

Recently had Russell from Stanley Steamer out to clean my carpet. He did such a wonderful job and gave great advice on how to care for our floors going forward. Will definitely use again!

I was a little nervous to turn on my outside water because we were having a high today of 29 but Jamie assured me he has been doing this for six years and I felt comfortable doing it. When I hired Stanley Steemer, I truly thought I was wasting my money that my Carpet couldn’t be helped. It looks like brand new. I am so impressed. Jamie really put his muscle into it. Sometimes these workers will get into your house and you feel uncomfortable with them, but I felt really comfortable with Jamie in my house. He was a really decent guy.
