Just had a great experience with Standard Water. Ramon, who performed the work, was very friendly, respectful, and thorough. He went above expectations to identify the issue, and all of his work and cleanup was top notch. Five starts and I highly recommend.

Alex and team were great! Respectful of property and did a great job. Communicated to me daily thru out the whole process. Will defiantly recommend Standard Water Control Systems to family and friends.

We had Ramon install a backup sump pump system. He was friendly, respectful and clearly knew his business. I was so impressed that I spoke to him about a bigger job for my daughter in Northeast. The installation looks professional, and he left the area clean. I have used Standard twice, first on the recommendation of my neighbor who always does his research. He and I have always been pleased with their work. I highly recommend them and thank you Ramon. The backup gives me some peace of mind for the inevitable next storm.

5 Star Customer Service! We had our drain tile system installed by Standard Water Control Systems and they did a great job, but that’s not the primary reason for this review. We had water in our basement and determined that the rain water was coming up around the main water supply to the house. We called up Standard Water Control Systems and they reviewed our project and sent a representative the next day, Todd. After reviewing our layout and the original plans for the project and looking at the current issue, he said it wasn’t under warranty but it would only take 2 hours and they would do it with NO CHARGE! Rob came promptly 2 days later, was professional, respectful of property, knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job! Quality, Value, and Exceptional customer service!

Alex H and his crew were so professional. Did a great job!! The window adds so much light into our basement. I loved the way they cleaned up after themselves too. I would highly recommend them

The crews that showed up to install egress windows, sump pump, and drain tile along with foundation strapping were professional, hard working, and very communicative. Even when the crew ran into some issues they were forth-right and honest and made me aware of the situation immediately. Spoke with the owner and he made the situation right and took care of me as a valued customer! Hands down and without any hesitation, I will use Standard Water for any future projects because they were fair priced, trustworthy and were able to get the job done within our timeframe! They are a fantastic partner!

What a great experience! When Brian and his crew came to do our basement at the end of June, it was a steady heavy downpour of rain. We were so impressed not only with their work ethic but the care they had for our home. Additionally, they talked us through options on placement of our basket to ensure it didn't interfere with how we used our laundry room.
Brent did our concrete. It's weird to say our concrete is pretty but it looks clean, smooth, and it's clear that Brent takes pride in his work.
We are very happy with our end product and if we ever need additional work done we know who we're calling. Thank you!!!

I was amazed by how quickly and efficiently the teams from Standard Water installed my drain tile and sump pump system. They were all great reps for Standard Water, I couldn't recommend them more. Scott and his team were friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and hit the ground running when they showed up on installation day. Brent and his team showed up the next day and did just an excellent job with the concrete overlay. Very very pleased with the final product. I would absolutely recommend them for any water mitigation work that needs to be done.

I worked with Todd to get an estimate figured out, he came out and had info to me the next day. On the install date Ramon and his team came out they were awesome. They left my place looking great and communication was on point. Tomorrow the cement guys come and it'll be a done project!

Updating to share that Brent and his team did an excellent job with the cement, and I'm thrilled to have a sump pump.

We had a leak in our foundation wall and these five men (Brian, Ramon, Marcus, Matthew, and Marcos) came out and dug a trench, filled hole, sealed off and refilled with good material. Hard working, kind, thorough. Very pleased! Cleaned up like it was their own place. Thank you!

Definitely very satisfied with my drain tile/sump pump system. We have had more rain since it was installed, and the basement remains very dry. No musty/moldy smells either.

Gary is my primary contact at Standard Water. I got the immediate impression at the first meeting that he was honest, communicated well and was very knowledgeable on this topic. I just had the opportunity to verify that impression, as I had previously asked for and received a quote for a Radon mitigation system. Subsequent test results indicated this system is a possible consideration, but not at the level an immediate fix is required. I reached out to Gary again to get additional recommendations based on the test results. I was not disappointed. Gary told me that although there was no question that a mitigation system would lower the Radon level, it could very easily not lower it enough to justify the expense of installing it. That type of honesty and understanding, especially for a company that makes their living doing this type of installation can be tough to find, and I really appreciate it.

I love that Standard Water is a local company. The entire experience from quote through the actual install has been great.

Brian and his crew answered my questions honestly and completely, and were great at keeping me on top of how things were going along the way. There were a couple unanticipated minor bumps along the way which were not caused by the installation process, and were explained and dealt with quickly, professionally and without additional costs. The end of day 1, I had a completely operational system. Basement was also very clean.

Brent was also very good, doing the laying of the adding concrete to fill the the gap left between the wall and the slab occupied by the new drain system.

I am definitely extremely pleased with the end result. I will definitely not hesitate to have them do more for me in the future should the need arise.

Standard Water Control Systems installed a egress window well system for us. Alex, Robert and Patrick did an awesome job installing our new egress window. They work hard, perform a professional install and thoroughly clean up after the install is complete. This our third time using their services and we have been very pleased with the results. I highly recommend them for all foundation work, drain tile install, radon systems and egress window projects.

What didn't we do, vapor barrier, drain tile, radon fan, and 9 windows. SWSC came in in an organized fashion and installed everything efficiently and well. We've survived the recent rain after all the installations with flying colors. Any follow up questions we had in the 2-3 weeks since the work was done have been quickly answered. The window team and drain tile team did a fantastic job and the radon team worked well with our contractor to pick and install the place that best fit our future renovation. If I could give 6 stars...

I appreciated the honest approach to my water problem, without trying to up-sell more than necessary. The crew arrived exactly when scheduled and worked hard into the night to get the projects done. They jack hammered the concrete around the inner perimeter of my house and removed the gravel. They got rid of every piece without nickel/diming about a garbage can rental. They took out my old loud sump pump and replaced it with a new quiet one with separate backup line for the backup pump. I wandered down a few times to see the work and they answered my questions straight and professionally. I never felt that these guys were trying to get away with anything or swindle. The concrete guys came the next day and filled the perimeter back in just as nice as it was before. They also made sure to clean up all the plastic that was wrapped (the previous day) around all of my belongings, keeping dust off them. I was happy with the service and highly recommend this company. I will be bringing them back for a couple egress windows in the future.

We had Standard Water out to help us with water in our basement. We had foundation straps installed, and we had drain tile and a sump pump installed. Additionally, we had a radon system installed.

Everybody that came out was courteous and professional. They all did a great job of explaining the work they were doing, and were happy to answer questions.

Everything looks good so far. I'd definitely use Standard Water again.

Our remodeling firm subcontracted with Standard Water to control the water and humidity issues in our lower level 15 years ago. Our radon fan died this past month and our sump and battery backup were coming to the end of their useful life so I contacted SW again. I was able to get an appointment quickly and Ramon with new salesman Shawn just finished installing our replacement equipment. I also learned there was an app to use for the backup to know if it was triggered when we are out of town. Ordered that application for peace of mind. Great satisfaction with both gentlemen. I will not hesitate to recommend Standard Water to friends and family looking for water remediation.

Just moved into a new home. Demoted basement and started remodeling when water started coming up into my basement from the melting snow. Called Standard Water Control and they were in pretty quick.2 days and done even in negative temps. Glad I called them. No complaints. Workers were very freindly.

Standard Water did a great job water proofing my basement! Scott the Foremen and his day one crew and Brent and his outstanding cement crew were incredibly professional and worked diligently.

Only thing that I wanted to bring up was that I was told I needed to remove more of my basement trim than I actually needed to but what quality of work was fantastic.

This was my first experience with Standard Water. Todd was on time and responded with a proposal the same day! He answered all my questions. Deeply impressed with the level of service and care by these two crews. Incredibly respectful, very responsive, clean an orderly.
