If I could give negative stars, I would. They are very difficult to get a hold of. When I finally did, I explained my problem related to my well. I was informed they had the expert they would send out to diagnose my issues. I had shared that this was urgent because I have small children and it was important to have clean water as soon as possible. The first appointment was cancelled at the last moment. Saying that he got hung up at the previous job. Working in a somewhat related industry, I completely understood and we rescheduled for 1 PM the following day that this so called expert was suppose to come. The following day, it was almost 4 PM on a Friday with no calls or anything before the guy showed up. The young kid that showed up seemed like a good kid that is going somewhere if he keeps working hard, but he certainly was no expert. All he did was smell the water and take a couple samples. I showed him numerous tests I tried in order to figure out the problem and he was completely lost and had no idea what I was doing. Now I will be the first to admit and I am no expert and that is why I called an expert but he couldn't tell me a single thing.

After the visit, I called and left a couple messages asking what I do next since I have small children and cannot continue to have contaminated water. No answer, no return calls.

It now has been about 3 weeks since the kid came out and took the samples and I have not heard a single thing from this company. No returned calls from my messages and no results on the water tests.

They clearly do not care about their potential customers.

T'NG is the best! They are incredible to work with, so kind and great at what they do. We have worked with them twice since moving to Austin 7 months ago, replacing our water heater and dealing with an emergency sump pump situation. With our new water heater, Gina was so easy to communicate with. They made it quick and simple, great experience. With the sump pump, we had an emergency situation the night before a holiday. Gina and Todd came out themselves and fixed the issue at 11:00 p.m. Their great work prevented us from having water in our basement. We are SO grateful and glad to have found them.

My Mother needed a new water heater and T 'NG plumbing was out the following day. Even though they spent more time and needed additional parts for the job, they honored their original quote. Very kind and caring company.

We had many companies come through our home offering quotes for a full bathroom remodel, in the end we truly felt our thoughts and our vision of the dream bathroom we were hoping to have in our home were safe and truly heard by Gina and her family/team! So we whole heartedly chose T 'N G Plumbing to take this big step with us. The entire team is truly wonderful! Reliable, hard working, friendly, respectful and educated in the work they do! They showed up every single day on time, worked the entire day, cleaned up every day before they left and made sure to include me on anything that would need my opinion or approval 😄 I mostly spoke with Gina and I had always heard such wonderful things about her specifically, and let me tell you every single thing I heard about her is 1,000 % true, she is undeniably a beautiful soul and such a treasure to work with. She helped me with every single decision for the bathroom, she took the time to make sure I liked every piece that would be in our bathroom. She helped me bring what I envisioned to life, answered my questions any time day or night. When the bathroom was complete and honestly even before it was 100% done I had already fallen in love with what we were given! We both love it so much and it has helped me to love our little home even more 💚 I could never thank them enough for everything they did for us.

My well pump tank took it's last breath. Thanks for the fast prompt service for getting a new one installed a getting my water back to running. Two very nice young men installed it. Thanks again!
