10/10 can’t recommend them enough. I needed a last minute cleaning due to a very last minute move out— not only did they have availability on the spot but worked with my odd arrangements to get it done while I was away. I will definitely be hiring again in the future!!

I honestly can't recommend Grime Guardians enough. We had a nightmare of a move-out experience, but Brandon and his crew were genuinely the best (actually, only good) part of the whole process. We originally hired them for our move-out cleaning, but then also booked them to clean the gross place we were moving into, and they even helped us finish moving the last of our stuff when we were in a crisis. On top of that, the prices were fair, they were extremely flexible in accommodating our schedule, and the quality of their service was excellent. We'll never use another cleaning company again if we have a choice.

I'm disabled and wanted a deep cleaning of the apartment I was moving out of. I picked Grime Guardians because they were local to my community and seemed to be a small business.

I was delighted by the results. I made sure the apartment was empty before I had it cleaned and the result was that it looked better than when I moved in. They even got a peaky stain out of the carpet that I had struggled with. The price was what I expected. The staff showed up right on time and came fully prepared as a team to help. The job was finished faster than quoted and payment was easy.

I am very happy with Grime Guardians. We need to make move-out cleaning a regular thing. Thank you for helping me ensure I will get the most out of my apartment deposit. I would have never been able to clean it to this quality on my own.

I used Grime Guardians for a move out cleaning. They were very professional on time and provided great customer service. They did a very thorough cleaning of my entire house at a great price I definitely will be using them again.

Brandon and his team are fantastic! I highly recommend. They do a fantastic job, they work hard the whole time. I completely trust them! I wouldn't look any further if you want a very clean home by lively hardworking people.

This business is run by a couple in their 20s constantly chasing the next hustle—car sales, painting, social media influencer, you name it. They haven’t been in business long, and it shows. Most of the glowing reviews seem to come from friends or family, not real customers. Be wary. Do your homework before trusting them with your time or money.

Edit: I want to point out how aggressively defensive this response was. If you have any issues with this company, you're going to be met with:

- Instant dismissal (your concerns = "fraudulent") or you are the one at fault.
- Zero accountability (no attempt to address specific points)
- Intimidation tactics (reporting reviews instead of resolving issues)

Ask yourself: Why would a trustworthy business react this way?

1. If their reviews are legit, why not just say, "We stand by our work”.
2. If my experience was 'fake,' why not disprove something, anything, I actually said?
3. If they value customers, why attack instead of listening?

Their reaction tells you everything. Proceed with caution.
