I was excited to get my windows and gutters cleaned professionally for the first time before the cooler weather arrives. And, I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I would not recommend or use Details & Dixon’s again.

The estimate and scheduling process was smooth and easy, they were able to get me on the calendar within a week. The guys showed up on time after a couple reschedules for the arrival window. They were friendly and worked quickly. They took the screens off my windows and wiped them down inside the house (including my bedroom), so now I need to clean my up the outside dust/dirt. They also just wiped down the screens with a damp cloth, didn’t even touch the borders. The windows look clean, but when they put the screens back on, none of them were put back in correctly. My boyfriend and I spent 20 min putting them back in ourselves. I always appreciate speed with quality, but it felt very rushed.

I rely on reviews to find trusted services, so I’m hoping my experience helps improve their service and alerts others of what to expect.

Had a terrible experience with this company. First with the booking and scheduling and then with the service itself. Paid $400 for a moving clean of my house. Was asked to leave the house so that the employees are not disturbed. When I came back I saw so much dirt around the edges, space near the fridges. The shelves of the cabinets weren’t touched. I could have done this level of service with my little vacuum. Disappointed with this company.

This was our first time using Details and Dixons, and it won't be our last! We called about gutter cleaning and they were able to get us on the schedule within a week. The crew arrived on time and was very professional. They took great care in working on our property and were very respectful. The job was done efficiently and in a good time frame. We asked a few questions and again, the crew was very helpful, friendly and professional. I I would not hesitate to use Dixons, and will be recommending them to family and friends.

The window cleaners were very conscientious and careful in cleaning my windows. They were efficient and nice guys too! I've used three different companies in the last five years and these were far and above the cleanest my windows have ever been!

I’ve lived in Mendota Heights now for eight years and have been cleaning my own house while working full-time and raising my son. I’ve always thought it would be nice to have someone to help out, but it just seemed like a lot of work to find someone and also another expense. I decided to take a leap and hired Details and Dixon’s housekeeping service. They came last Thursday and cleaned my entire 4000 square-foot home in four hours. The house looks AMAZING and I am still on cloud nine. This weekend is the first weekend in forever where I don’t feel like I have to do anything around the house. Everything is sparkling, clean picked up. I feel free! The two women worked nonstop They vacuumed my furniture. They made our beds. They were extremely thorough. And the best is the price is entirely affordable almost half of other quotes I received! If you’re on the fence or just curious, call them. You will not regret it!

I have Dixon’s come and do my windows inside and out, and the interior sills every year in the fall. This year, Matt and Travis did our work and we’re just exceptional. They paid great attention to detail and didn’t miss a single spot. Please send them again next year! Highly recommend.

This company power washed the outsides of my townhouse complex. They dragged their hoses over my dog earred fence and damaged one board. The fence is older, but, the board they broke had a clearly new vertical crack and pieces out of it. They refused to acknowledge responsibility and replace one single 1"x6"x6 ' board. Very bad Customer Service practice! Perhaps if the crew had moved the truck to the next staircase they would not have needed to drag hoses over the fence between my house and my neighbors house. They would simply go in through the gate of the house next door instead of over the fence top.

Great job! Fast, didn't leave a mess, great looking windows inside and out. On top of that, they were friendly and professional... all for a fair price. Highly recommended!

I have used Details for at least 8 or 9 years! Yes - years, not total cleanings. Here is the deal - if you are looking for quality as well as reliability, look no further. In all that time - I have never had a complaint, not one. Not once have they cancelled on me, not once. I, on the other hand have to change my dates for one reason or another. It is never an issue - ever. Prices are reasonable as well. One other reason I have stayed with them - they are always on time even in bad weather. If you are looking for a cleaner - you will be impressed with service, value and customer service.

Standard housecleaning is scheduled for every 2 weeks. The team pays careful attention to many details. When some issues (like floor cleaning) have been missed the company has been good about improving. Still, there are some areas missed occasionally. The company has been excellent about training and supervision to improve. Communicating with the team is not encouraged, so I need to work with the office staff who are very responsive.

I have used Details & Dixon's twice to clean my exterior windows. They have surprised me both times with how responsive they are to communication from me regarding scheduled times, like when I needed to modify the arrival window because of a medical appt -- they moved back their time to suit my schedule. And both times I asked to be put on the schedule, times within just a few days were available, rather than weeks out! Best of all, they're prompt, friendly, professional, and do excellent work. My windows are sparkling!

I had my house cleaned and I am so satisfied with how the house turned out. I loved coming home to a clean home, towels folded nicely on the towel rack and the bed made up nicely. Great experience. I can’t wait for them to come again in two weeks!! Oh and you can’t beat their pricing!

I hired Details and Dixon's to complete a move out clean for my son's apartment and deep clean the carpets (which had pet damage). Getting a quote was simple and Peter answered all my questions. The cleaning team and carpet cleaner all arrived on time and worked hard to get everything just right. The end result was incredible and we are so grateful for their professional help!
