Jerry was excellent, he was efficient and explained everything clearly to me. I felt very comfortable understanding the problems with my furnace.
Greg Isaak was very detailed in showing me what furnace would work best at my home for a very fair price and a 10 year labor part warranty. I was very pleased. The furnace was installed that afternoon.
Installers Jordan and Chris were very efficient. Chris demonstrated the new WiFi thermostat.
All of the employees I had contact with were professional and pleasant.
Chad installed the Humidifier and went above and beyond to finish a very difficult install due to space. I really appreciated that he a very pleasant attitude all day working.
I sense all employees working at HomeWorks are treated well and it reflects on how they treat their customers.
I would highly recommend Home Works to anyone having HVAC problems -

I called a different repair company first to look at my water softener and regretted it. The other company was pushing for a sale and spent no time at all actually looking at the current appliance. I decided to get a second opinion from HomeWorks and I am very glad I did! HomeWorks was very responsive, able to come and assist quickly, and did a professional and thorough job of reviewing my current appliance before recommending a move to a newer model. Adam was pleasant to work with, educated my husband and I without talking down to us, and after giving us some time to think through the right option for us he jumped very quickly into the repair , which ended up being less expensive and have a longer warranty than the first company. Adam took time after the installation to educate us about care and settings, and he also answered some questions we had as new homeowners about other appliances and preventative maintenance. Adam was great and I was very pleased with the high quality and quick installation, and the fair pricing. I would work with HomeWorks again any time I needed their help.

Brian from Blue Ox was very helpful in explaining what I needed to maintain my boiler system. He also put me in contact with Carl from Early Bird Electric to help with concerns with the fuse box. Both gentlemen were very good to work with.
