Don't waste your time with this company...what a horrible experience. No one showed up for my appointment with no one even caring to call indicating they weren't going to make it. After I called them back the answering service indicated that they would come out the next morning...again, no one showed and no one has any answers.

It was such a pleasure dealing with Fred. He was up front about what needed to be fixed on the refrigerator, and how much it would cost. He also had the parts to be replaced with him which really eased the job for him. Great and fast service, would absolutely use again!

Worst customer service ever! I'd give 0 stars if I could. Complete Scam!!!! I was connected with a call center clearly not located in the US. I was required to sign up for the Premium Home Service and told my service fee would be waived. It was not. I tried cancelling the service and have been told the managers would call me back. I've been told this at least 6 times and no one has called or responded back. I plan on complaining to the Attorney General's office as they are completely ignoring my calls now.
