West Metro Appliance

We've rarely left negative reviews, but in this case we really must because the lack of communication from this company is so frustrating. No way to talk to a live person - they apparently have no office where someone would answer a telephone. Left a message saying our appliance needed repair. Three days later we got a call saying they would send a technician out later in the week to make a diagnosis. In the meantime, we were asked for our credit card number. That was okay ... except then we got an email saying thanks for letting us put your credit card permanently into our database. Not okay - what if they get hacked? Technician came out, made a diagnosis, ordered the part needed, left, and then we heard not another word from these people. They did charge the credit card tho. We called. We left messages. No clue if they'll ever come back. But they have the card number on file. Yaaay!
Update: Almost 2 weeks later finally got a call from their tech who came out on the day scheduled. He was friendly, wore a mask, and did a good job, so we think it's just the office that's really screwed up.

We really loved everything about our experience with West Metro Appliance. They are up front and honest from the start with the phone conversation with Anna, to the finish with Nick doing excellent work. Thank you so much! Joseph and Shae Barclay

Nick from West Metro Appliance has been to my home to fix 3 separate appliances. He's a very conscientious young man who is going to have a hugely successful business because he has integrity and is very honest. He will get to the bottom of any problem. He's developing a great reputation and I highly recommend him if you have the misfortune of a broken appliance. He and his crew make dealing with these issues more pleasant. My only suggestion would be a shorter window then 4 hours for appointment scheduling. Nick is definitely my go to for appliance repair because he's honest and trustworthy!
