This spring I had my windows, exterior and interior, cleaned for the first time by VpClean and Clear and was very pleased with the results. I just had the exteriors cleaned so that I could go into the winter with clean windows and Calvin Vang did a wonderful job.

We had a very positive experience largely because of how Lucas communicated with us. On entering the house, he was very patient with a loud, small and aggressive dog. Lucas has an authentic manner that instills trust and confidence quickly. He did the walkthrough and took pictures of the exterior then provided us with a quote in a few minutes; responded to our questions and graciously thanked us for agreeing to engage. Then he got right to work. The quality of his work was excellent and he requested us to review the work on several occasions to assure our satisfaction.

They were extremely prompt. Ben handled all the gutter issues quickly. He showed me videos of all the downspouts running smoothly when he was finished. Great overall service and I would definitely call them again!

Have used them before for different services, however this time was not as good. Initial communication about putting up Christmas lights was fine, and the initial plan was getting it setup for a birthday surprise, which was then canceled and rescheduled due to an emergency with the installer. This would have been fine on its own, but when they did come a few days later, they had measured wrong and didn't have enough lights to finish the project. Causing them to come again to finish on another day. Overall just disappointing.

After attempting to clean our gutters myself, I quickly realized that it would have been foolish for me to attempt to reach the gutters that wrap around our two-story house. So very glad I contacted Clean and Clear. Their tech Aaron was very professional and completed the full cleaning in minutes. Would highly recommend them.

Our technician ‘Ben’ arrived on time with a great can-do attitude; energized and happy to help us with our project. He carefully cleaned every screen and pressure washed the front porch with attention to detail. Very impressed with the quality of service!

I hired Clean and Clear for gutter cleaning. I was not home when the technician was there- simply recieved an invoice that the job was complete. No pictures to document work. When I got home, the gutters were still full of debris and small trees. I called Clean and Clear back and they sent another technician out who said the gutters were not finished because there were gutter guards present, and they needed more money for completing the job. Why was I not notified of this issue in the 1st place, instead of being billed for a job that was never done? I would not hire this company unless you can be home to "supervise" that the work was completed correctly. I still ended up paying the "minimum payment" of $150 for a job not done

Absolutely flawless execution, and I didn't have to lift a finger. I had a quick discussion over what we wanted, and within a few days, I had beautiful holiday lights on my house. They look amazing. We chose the multicolor lights which look amazing and vintage with the large c9 bulbs.

Spruced up my roof and gutters and the service exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the advance notice of the window of time and ETA of the technician. The technician showed me photos of the completed work, which I appreciated. Great communication with the schedulers.
