We have used Handyman Connection for a couple of our home repairs. It has always been easy to get a quote in a timely fashion and there is always follow-up. Gene was the latest to fix some holes in our wall and ceiling because of a wiring project that had been previously done for which the electrician did not cover in doing his work. Gene is meticulous about doing a thorough job for us. The completed project is wonderful.

Brandon was excellent and completed two small projects/repairs. This was the second time Brandon was assisted assigned a project of mine.

I wish I could leave a positive review because the workers were very pleasant, but Iwas very disappointed in their work. I could kick myself for allowing them to charge me far more than they were worth. They installed the new vinyl flooring and painted my laundry room just fine. But they re-hung the door so that it sits crookedly in the frame after they were through painting it. They also did a terrible job re-grouting parts of my walk-in shower. They left gobs of grout and grout haze on the tile and shower curtain. They also did poorly with a simple painting patch job. All they needed to do was to sand and paint. Instead, they applied a ridiculously thick layer of spackle on it and then painted over it, but did not blend it in with the surrounding area. I have contacted them with some of my complaints and I’ve heard nothing.

We reached out to Handyman Connection to have some work done on our window trim. Alex was great to work with, and we're very happy with how everything turned out. The cost was reasonable, and I appreciate that even though it wasn't a huge project, Alex was still very attentive to it and responsive to my messages. I plan to reach out to Handyman Connection for future home improvement projects.

Very professional. One of their installers made a mistake on measuring and installing the garage window, but they sent out another installer to fix the problem, and it looks amazing. Handled a difficult situation very professionally and respectfully. Looks better than the original window!

Terrible experience. They came out to do an estimate to replace a service door to our garage and told us they would provide information so we could purchase door for them to install. They never provided the information and we spent 3 weeks calling them and they never responded. Very poor customer service.

Handyman Brandon was very nice but the communication and setting up was terrible! It was so difficult to get an answer on when they were arriving, how long it would take, scheduling, etc. Then Brandon finally showed up and worked for 2 hours and said he'd be back another day, I had to rearrange the rest of my week to accommodate. Very disappointed in the communication. I was told they couldn't schedule because Molly was on vacation. So I take it, their 1 scheduler takes a vaca, the whole company shuts down and can't get back to you. Will not be using Handyman connection again.

I hired them to install tile around a brand new tub, and the installer scratched my tub up so much that it needed to be repaired. They hired a company which was unable to match the color of my tub and has since ghosted me. This is not a good company to work with and they are refusing to fix their mistake. I have been very patient with them and have all text message conversations available to prove everything. Do NOT use this company!

UPDATE: Apparently the 2 people i was working with either left the company or got different positions, which is why I didn't hear back from them. Finally got someone else to help me out, and they did finally end up getting a different company to fix the tub correctly. Ideally this never would have been a problem and it wouldn't have taken over 8 months to get fixed. Only raised the review by one star due to the issues i experienced. The only good thing that came out of this, is that I didn't have to do the tiling myself. Although i guess it took longer overall than if i did it myself and I honestly don't think they did any better than i would have done.

The handyman (Melton) arrived on time, was cordial, and generally informed of the project scope. He was very attentive to my explanation of a few additional work scope requirements he had not been previously informed of. The requested work (installing chicken wire mesh to hold up garage roof insulation) was completed within the estimated time quoted and the existing insulation conditions (see picture below). I would peg my actual numerical rating more at 4.4 to 4.5 than just the four-star one shown above.

We had a storage shed that we ordered from Home Depot that needed to be assembled. We reached out to Handyman and they sent Chase and Austin to assist us with this project. They completed the project to our complete satisfaction and we are so pleased with their performance!!

Mark gets 5 stars from us!! He was a great communicator, came in time, was very tidy and did meticulous work installing our new custom front doors.

I had my kitchen painted and it was a wonderful experience. James showed up on time and ready to work. He even fixed a couple of sheet rock blemishes that I missed without hesitation. The kitchen now looks great. Wished I'd have called them earlier.

Had Brandon work on replacement of some rotting Cedar Posts on our Deck. There was some complexity involved and Brandon handled it with ease. Great job and the deck look fabulous when he was finished.

Brandon was wonderful. He explained to us what he would do, and then did it. He also fixed a door for us that we were told had to be replaced. I'd recommend him for any work.

Alex was a good listener and promptly analyzed our stuation.
He investigated and was able to make a minor repair quickly.
We were impressed and highly recommend.

Austin did an awesome job tiling my gas fireplace. It turned out more beautiful than I imagined. It was challenging because of the size of the tile, but he dug right in. A great guy to have on the team. He also did repairs on my pergola and minor storm damage to the house siding. All top notch. Couldn't tell they were damaged. Will use Handyman Connection in the future.

Great team invested in providing excellent service while following all covid protocols. They did an amazing job updating our kitchen and bathroom. The team trudged through a snow storm to deliver an install our kitchen counters. Small changes, equal a big update. The bathroom tile we chose was not the easiest to install and it came out beautiful. Bryce, Mark and Nate were there with great support the whole way. Will definitely work with them again

Handyman Connection provided excellent repair of a soft tile wall section. Shout out to handyman Johnny for excellent service and professionalism.
