Manny and Pedro were amazingly helpful in education of the vents/system. Both men worked HARD and found the sources of why the we weren't able to use 2 of our vents in our home. They cleaned up after themselves both men were very kind to myself and my children, and both men were cautious and respectful of our pets as well. We will be using this company and asking for this duo again, as well as recommending this company to others. Thank you Manny thank you Pedro thank you so much!!! Aww the cool air is already flowing.

Update #2
I tried the company again a few years later. They came out and did the same bait and switch. Now I'm a few months later and it appears they did NOT do the dryer vent as promised. I called as the work is supposed to be covered and/or to get picture confirmation that the dryer vent was done. All numbers are disconnected that I have or can find online. If the company does start accepting calls again, avoid at all costs. I'm lowering my rating back to 1 star after 2 significant failures.Update:
While I stand by my review below, the company did respond to my review and we discussed it at length. The initial "bait and switch" problem was due to a referring partner that sells one thing and contracts a vendor for a lower grade service. They have a assured me that they are no longer working with the referring partner. I do stand by some of my points in regards to service in general and we discussed those concerns as well.
The company did offer a few resolution options and we did come to a satisfactory agreement.I will say that I am impressed how their customer service handled a delicate situation, stuck by their guarentee, and stayed on top of things vs. sweeping it under the rug.
As a result, I raised my review another star and may even consider giving them a chance when I need the service again in a year or two. That being said, my initial review is below.
------------------------------------------------------
Beware the Bait & Switch.Like other users, I reached out based on a posting in a FB group. The sales guy was very appreciative and communicative and explained to me why their services were worth more than competitors and even spelled out exactly what services included including roto brush and santization over most companies just doing vacuuming. I decided to book after agreeing to an late afternoon appointment which we required due to WFH and distance learning.
First, the company called to try confirm the appointment at a time that was not the agreed scheduled time. As they could not honor the original time, we rescheduled for another day at the same afternoon time. (No issue there). The day before that appointment, they called and tried to reschedule again for a morning appointment. I once again told the person that was not acceptable and if the afternoon was not possible I needed to fully cancel. I got no response after that as the person essentially hung up.
The team did show up during the agreed window and immediately checked my return vents and tried to up-sell me a deep cleaning and sanitization. The additional cost would have up my package deal from $250 to $750 (AFTER discounts of course) as the deep cleaning is ON TOP of the basic cleaning. I reviewed my conversation with the sales person and confirmed that I should have a more thorough cleaning and sanitization should have been included and shared that with the lead tech Avi. (Avi was very professional, bait and switch aside).
In fairness, Avi did contact the office and they agreed to do agreed upon services for the same price. I did see them bring in the sanitization spray as well as the roto-brush attachment. I witnessed them use the spray at least once, but the rotobrush (attached to a power drill) was never used and never left my hall.
I tried to reach out the sales person on Facebook BEFORE posting any reviews or feedback against the group posts, but never heard back. In fact, the person blocked me from future conversations.
In the end I was invoiced (and paid) for the services I was promised but couldn't confirm what work was actually done. I will say they did an ionized vacuuming for sure. Overall, I wasn't left with a great feeling that I got what I was promised and paid for as well as I didn't get any before/after pictures or any post service walk throughs.
I even have a credit for a free dryer vent refill since my service include a dryer vent cleaning and they honestly didn't perform it (saying it was unnecessary). I'm not sure I'll ever use it.
