Remodeler reviews in Edina, Minnesota

We had lot of issues and Andre from construction pros took care about them and got our issues fixed.
Very responsive .

Recently move into a unit in which this company does the maintenance work for. Holy cow, this company takes care of business and has some of the nicest people working for them.

I've used Construction Pros a few tines and am so happy with the quality and professionalism from this company. Nothing but respect and Would highly recommend them!

I really appreciate the service of construction pros!! They are very professional, always on time and always resolve my issue and also really great humble people I would recommend them to anyone I love!

This group has been very responsive (even on weekends) and have been very professional. Benji has come to our home twice. Not only did good work but was friendly and went above and beyond to finish the job that day. Great service!

I have had Construction Pros maintaining my rental portfolio for years! You can trust them to get the job done right!

Andre and Construction Pros have been supporting my rental property for several years now. Very professional, nice work, and great response time, appreciate working with them!

Andre from Construction Pros is a Class Act. He worked dillegently and with commitment to resolve our maintenance issue when hiccups occured; personally taking on responsibility and going above and beyond to take care of us!

Submitted a maintenance request for the rental property we just moved in to. Received a call within just a minute of my request from Andre! Quickest response I’ve ever received in my life! Very friendly and informative assisting in the troubleshoot process of the appliance. Hoping the property owner uses them for all future maintenance issues that arise! Thanks Andre!! Would definitely recommend!

Construction Pros MN and VSM Real Estate manage and maintain my rental property in Mpls for the past 12 years. Their service and response time to alert me to tenant issues is fast and courteous. Their response time to solve the tenants issues with appropriate and affordable fixes makes my job as a land lord easier and more profitable...Thank you VSM and Construction Pros!

Construction pros was great for the first few years of doing maintenance for VSM real estate property management until this year when I hired them to turn a vacant rental unit. After agreeing to the project they were non responsive for 2 weeks before telling me they didn’t have time. They sent me to another contractor who put together a quote which I agreed to. As soon as I paid the deposit they changed the scope from repairing cabinets to completely replacing them, adding about $15k to the bill (which went through construction pros to add a GC up-charge despite being uninvolved). I used another contractor for half the price. They also agreed to do the flooring but after multiple weeks of asking they still hadn’t gotten in to measure for a quote so I went elsewhere again. I made a list of small items to fix but they didn’t want to add those as line items to the scope but verbally assured me they would take care of them and get it rent ready. They didn’t do any of it. It took about 4 months to paint, replace thermostats, hang blinds and repair closet racks in a vacant unit.

WOW, I'm so blown away by this company, and more so with Andre of construction pros. I don't normally write or leave a review because I'm both bad at writing them, and very rarely does a person or business leave me feeling as satisfied and amazed as Andre at construction pros has. Andre is and has been extremely attentive to my needs as a tenant at a property that he does maintenance for. He time and time again goes above and beyond expectations, and always goes miles past anything he should do. He has bent over backwards and every which way to make sure I am satisfied. I truly appreciate his transparency when dealing with anything, he's extremely punctual, and is always true to his word. It's not often you come across an individual who is as wonderful as him, truly. I HIGHLY recommend him and construction pros. Words (or at least the ones I can come up with) do not do enough justice towards explaining what a great guy and business this is. He really does care about who he does business with, and construction pros is so lucky to have such a fine gentleman with them.

We have had a number of small repairs and maintenance done around our place and construction pros has pulled through each time. They show up quick and get the job done. From help with AC and boiler, to locks and detectors, they really do it all. Thanks to Andre for always checking in on us after a job has been done, it means a lot!

We had to have our water softener replaced and all of our water lines flushed out. It was a huge job. I have three floors in my townhome and Jeremy the plumber that came was so efficient and he cleaned up after himself so that you never knew he was there. Andre is also the best!!!! I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs work done fast and efficiently!!

I've worked with Construction Pros for years now. Love working with Andre he is always very punctual and communicates very well. Ryan and his team have been good us over the years. Thanks for all the hard work and everything you guys do. We even like ronnie 😆 🤣 thanks again for everything you do.

Andre and his crew are life savers! Our rental property was left in less than ideal condition. Construction Pros got all the repairs and work done in a timely manner and kept us involved every step of the way. Very responsive and truly a pleasure to work with! Construction pros is top notch and would certainly use them again if we need.

Andre and his team at Construction Pros are a 100% top-notch business. From the start of excellent customer service to the end quality and performance of work, Construction Pros truely cares in helping you with your needs and provides solutions and quality results. Andre always takes the time to go above and beyond his service to assist you. Andre and Construction Pros is a 10 star in my book!

Another Five Star review for Andre and the team at Construction Pros! They are exemplary in their professionalism and communication. They have helped with maintenance on my rental property for many years now and I am always happy with the results.

I cannot say enough positive things about working with Construction Pros! Andre is the best!!
They handled the maintenance for the apartment building I lived in for 2 years, and while I could never get a response from management about anything - Andre was always SO attentive and responsive to any service/maintenance requests. They have regularly gone above and beyond to address issues in the building (which SHOULD have been addressed by management, but that's another story) and I have always been impressed by their quick response and communication. I felt like I could rely on them to get the job done professionally and promptly and communicate with me on all aspects of the project. Andre also recently helped me with some things I needed during the move-out process and again, he went above and beyond to help make a stressful time with a terrible management company a lot easier.
I would highly recommend working with them - I am a small business owner as well and know that good communication, prompt resolution of issues, and LISTENING to your customers is key - they do all this on top of performing a great job for the services hired for.

Andre with Construction Pros has been amazing to work with. As an out-of-state landlord I have relied on him for everything from middle of the night emergency maintenance to larger bids for remodels and repairs. I have worked with a number of maintenance groups for rental properties, and I can say without hesitation that Andre is the most personable and honest in his estimates and pricing. He is constantly looking for ways he can cut me a break on pricing, from giving me discounts for repeated tenant requests to charging me normal rates when it's actually after hours on a holiday (yes, this really happened :).
Thanks Andre!

Andre and Construction Pros were absolutely amazing. From the first phone call, to the repairs that were completed, and the follow up. I was truly pleased with my experience. Very diligent, organized, helpful and pleasant to work with! If you’re looking for a team that cares about the client and excellence. Choose Andre and construction pros! Awesome every time!
