Wow! If I could give 10 stars I would. A&B's customer service blew me out of the water! When our AC unit went out, we were doing our own research online and I posted a request on Thumbtack for estimates from local AC Technicians. A&B responded right away with a quote -- but even better than that, they took the time to ask me questions about the issue and gave us tips to try before we had them come out. We went back and forth for 2 days and were able to do the fix on our own for $24 with the guidance of A&B. You don't meet many companies these days that put the customer first and are so willing to help, even if that means it saves you money and costs them the deal! I can't believe it! If we have issues again, we will definitely use A&B over other big companies because we know they will be truthful and fair with us. You can't put a price on peace of mind. Highly recommend!

These guys are the REAL DEAL. I contacted Steven and he picked up the phone right away. He was over to my house (25+ miles away from him) within 48 hours. He gave me a quote on replacing my AC and furnace for free, whereas other big name companies charged $69 just for an inspection. A&B Heating and Cooling had dozens of 5 star reviews on Thumbtack and Google so I'm surprised there was nothing on Yelp. These guys gave me a great price and offered a $200 discount for paying in cash. I paid $6,200 out the door which was around 33% cheaper than the other big name company. The final product was worth every penny. Nobody wants to pay money for an HVAC guy to come out and fix things, but anybody who is in that situation, I highly recommend A&B Heating and Cooling.
