I had a bit of a leak and some questions and even though they were too busy to make a stop in the next few days, they gave me a bunch of tips and advice on what to look for and how to fix the problem and told me to reach back out if I had any issues still.

Very helpful in evaluating options. They did an amazing job installing our furnace & air conditioner. We love our new appliances

What a pleasure it is to know you are talking to an honest and fair service person. As I described my heating and excess humidity issue with a high efficiency furnace, DNA offered suggestions and spent time talking with me about the problem/resolution, knowing that it might not even translate into a service call or sale. I will definitely call this company again when a problem arises or when routine service is needed for any heating or air conditioning issue.

There are few companies that provide service as exceptionally as Dana and DNA Heating and Cooling. He's an HVAC genius. He explains everything in great detail, why you need this, why you don't need that, etc. You come away with an advanced degree in heating and cooling after speaking with him. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

Total pros. All my questions and requests were taken care of immediately. Got a quick estimate at a great price. Great attention to detail. Stop doing research and just call Dana. Your furnace is broken reader! This guy has the cure!

I had a great experience with DNA. They replaced both of the gravity furnaces in my duplex with high efficiency furnaces with new ductwork and A/C. Their pricing was better than competitor's estimates and both me and my tenant were impressed with their professionalism. If I had to come up with a negative, they finished the work about 2 days later than expected, but I don't even care because I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Dana is an honest, no bs, genuine kind of guy. He came out after our 22 year old furnace finally quit and was the only one who didn’t try to sell me on something we didn’t need. In fact, he pointed out things the other companies missed. When he came to install our new furnace, he was there exactly when he said he would be and had the job done in a few hours! He and his assistant were a pleasure to work with. Honestly extremely happy with the service and would recommend in a heartbeat!
