I had a bit of a leak and some questions and even though they were too busy to make a stop in the next few days, they gave me a bunch of tips and advice on what to look for and how to fix the problem and told me to reach back out if I had any issues still.

What a pleasure it is to know you are talking to an honest and fair service person. As I described my heating and excess humidity issue with a high efficiency furnace, DNA offered suggestions and spent time talking with me about the problem/resolution, knowing that it might not even translate into a service call or sale.
