My experience with Pro Tree was nothing short of exceptional! From my initial phone call with Ashley to schedule time for an estimate, to my interaction with Wes during his assessment and estimate process, his communication around HOW they would complete a difficult and complicated tree removal to the actual execution of the removal was absolutely incredible! Everyone is so professional and considerate, I was so impressed! The team that was executing the removal made me feel at ease which was not an easy task given there was a crane dangling a large part of a tree over my house! I don’t have enough positive feedback to share to give them the credit they deserve!! Thanks to everyone for a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

I wanted to take a moment and give recognition to the top notch service provided by your team. From the initial meeting with Nic, the spray treatments provided, and today's removal/canopy raise, I've been impressed with the professionalism and conscientiousness to meet the customer's expectations. Boot's, Maddie, and Richard were a coordinated machine today, with great communication, safety, and attention to detail. It's a pleasure to do business with quality people. The Pro-Tree crew was very professional and friendly. I have a very large property with tons of trees. I pointed out which ones needed their attention, from trimming to full removal. I only had to discuss it with them once. They got to work immediately and methodically. When they were finished, you couldn't even tell they were here. Everything was neat and cleaned up. Great job by a great company. I am definitely going to hire them again!
