All reviews for Pro-Tree Outdoor Services

My experience with Pro Tree was nothing short of exceptional! From my initial phone call with Ashley to schedule time for an estimate, to my interaction with Wes during his assessment and estimate process, his communication around HOW they would complete a difficult and complicated tree removal to the actual execution of the removal was absolutely incredible! Everyone is so professional and considerate, I was so impressed! The team that was executing the removal made me feel at ease which was not an easy task given there was a crane dangling a large part of a tree over my house! I don’t have enough positive feedback to share to give them the credit they deserve!! Thanks to everyone for a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

Good afternoon Team Pro Tree,

I wanted to take a moment and give recognition to the top notch service provided by your team. From the initial meeting with Nic, the spray treatments provided, and today's removal/canopy raise, I've been impressed with the professionalism and conscientiousness to meet the customer's expectations. Boot's, Maddie, and Richard were a coordinated machine today, with great communication, safety, and attention to detail. It's a pleasure to do business with quality people. Thanks for doing what you do.

The Pro-Tree crew was very professional and friendly. I have a very large property with tons of trees. I pointed out which ones needed their attention, from trimming to full removal. I only had to discuss it with them once. They got to work immediately and methodically. When they were finished, you couldn't even tell they were here. Everything was neat and cleaned up. Great job by a great company. I am definitely going to hire them again!

I'm very impressed with the professionalism and punctuality of the Pro-Tree team. After having an old tree recently fall onto my garage, I first spoke with Johanna on the phone to try to figure out what the next steps would be. She reassured me that they would be able to assist me. Before I knew it, Wes and the team were out the next day to help clean up the mess and pick up the pieces. Their hard work and humor helped me through a very difficult time with the holidays coming up. I'm going to start recommending Pro-Tree to everyone!

Mariah, Jimmy, and John arrived promptly when promised, were very personable, and communicated well before and after the job. We had one tree taken down and several others cleaned up. They got the work done efficiently and did a great job cleaning up the site when they were done. Highly recommended.

I had tree company’s not returning calls, over bidding and ghosting me when I found Pro-tree. I found Pro Tree and my issue was taken care of in 24 hours. The two Mariah’s, Tanner and Zach are professional, responsive and good at their jobs. I don’t need to call around anymore.

Incredible work. Efficient and skilled. For as soft and wet as the lawn was, left it looking clean and nice. Thanks Mariah, Jimmy, Tanner, Nick and Wes and all others at Pro-Tree!

After interviewing several big name tree companies, I was fortunate enough to run into Wes from Pro Tree.

He was by far the most knowledgeable. Wes and his crew have done a phenomenal job of taking care of several of my trees and arborvitae.

My yard is a really big deal to me, and I could not be happier with the work they have done. Added bonus, they are easy to get a hold of and are always on time.

Ash treatment was great, quick and reasonably priced!

Add on the review had two trees cut down today. Boots, Courtney and Maddie did a phenomenal job. Done very quickly and clean up was amazing! (6/2/24)

We had Pro Tree out probably 6-7 years prior, so they were our go to again. Had 2 birch removed and a maple trimmed up. Just as the crew (Mariah, Jimmy, and Zach) showed up it started to rain (in December, go figure). They did a great job, and seemed to do well to limit the traffic to a smaller area when possible. Not much they could do about the wet sloppy yard because of the snow/rain/mud mix. Zach offered, and came back, to spread some seed over the areas that were the most impacted. They cleaned up the yard well and swept off the driveway as well. Still going to be my go-to in the future as well. Very efficient with all 3 of them coordinating efforts.

This is the third time we used have Pro-Tree Outdoor Services to take trees down for us, which shows our confidence in the company. The personal and professional attention we received from each person we talked with made us feel like we were their only clients. And the equipment they used was state of the art and so efficient. So nice to know we have a dependable and professional company when it comes to this service!

Highly recommend working with this company! They work efficient, stay true to their word, and work in a safe environment. Huge shoutout to Nic, the salesman for assessing what we need and providing knowledge about the industry. Very professional, I’ll definitely be calling Nic in the future and referring him to anyone In need of tree work. Thank you Nic and pro tree

Sate-of-the-art equipment and knowledgeable staff. Professional demeanor while friendly and approachable. Some of the best Oak pruning I have ever seen, and they are not afraid to go the extra mile. Fantastic clean-up, like they were never there! -The only tree company I will work with.

We have been using Pro-Tree for tree work and Christmas lights for many years, and they have been awesome to work with. Zach and Tyler did a great job on the Christmas lights this year! We have been very satisfied with the design and installation of the Christmas lights. If issues come up (which is seldom), they are very responsive. We highly recommend Pro-Tree for tree work and Christmas lights!

PROTREE has expertly performed many services for my trees over the past 2 years. I first used PROTREE as an emergency tree removal after a storm. Within the same day they removed the massive section of oak tree from my roof and removed the wood. They advised me on the health and stability of the remaining section and trimmed and treated. They have scheduled and treated many of my additional trees for disease—crabapple and blue spruce. Wes and crew have been professional, responsive, consistent and considerate. A special SHOUTOUT TO TYLER for all of the already stated accolades and further for his kindness. Thank you so much!

Hello!
Mariah and her crew of John. Jimmy, Cole & Tanner was awesome! They removed 2 huge ash tree out of me backyard with no issues. They were very careful not to ruin my yard or landscaping, cleaned up their mess and were on time and courteous! I recommend them if you need an arborist ---good work Pro-Tree!!!

Mariah, Courtney, Jimmy and Brandyn came out and did a bunch of trimming on trees on our property that needed a good `haircut.' We scheduled this in the summer and they came out exactly when they said. Everyone was very friendly and professional. One of the guys brought his golden retriever along and asked if he could let it out while they were working in our fenced in back yard. Ralphie was having a lot of fun with my Labrador's toys and they got to play together! The experience was great and the property looks much better. Thank you!

I had two trees pruned and 3 arborvetae removed today. Wes also noticed one tree that needed to be treated; crabapple tree. The crew was very professional and friendly. Wes was very easy to work with, he answered all my questions. Provided my estimate a few weeks ago and everything was done today. Very neat about their work. All clean up completed in a timely manner. I would rate the quality of their work as excellent. I would recommend Wes and his crew at Pro-Tree for all your tree maintenance. I will use their services again when needed. Very happy with the results.

I rarely post a review, but I feel I need to showcase ProTree. Upon recommendation from my son, I decided to give them a try for some tree trimming. From the very first contact via calling them to inquire I was very impressed. Johanna assured me they could get the job done. Boy was she right! From beginning to end the guys were so impressive with their professionalism and talent. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Tree to any friends or family. Keep up the amazing work Pro Tree team.

I had a crab apple that had died and needed removal. I called Pro-tree and talked with Ashley, who had me send her pictures for a quote. She was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the services I would need. Ashley was able to get me on the schedule right away and took great care of me. The crew did such an amazing job with the clean up, you would never know a very large tree used to be there. Would highly recommend!

What a great group let me tell ya! Tyler treated my oak tree that was dying due to Emerald ash borer and it was a great experience working with him and the crew at Pro-Tree! They were in and out and made the experience feel easy breezy. I Would highy recommend Pro-Tree and will be referring them to my neighbors, friends and family. #Pro-Tree
