Mr. O’Connell installed a water heater for me in my home. He was easy to get a hold of and talk to. The installation went quickly and he was very professional. Really did a great job! Will definitely use him for future work and highly recommend him.

We recently reached out to Fix Plumbing for plumbing project. From the start, he impressed us with his expert knowledge and clear, honest communication. They originally quoted us $2,900, but after completing the job more efficiently than expected, he only charged us $2,350 — a rare and refreshing display of honesty and integrity. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly personable, taking the time to explain everything and making sure we felt comfortable with each step. Their professionalism, skill, and genuine character made the whole experience stress-free. We couldn't be happier and will definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

The owner lacks communication skills with his Customers! He suggested I have them install our dishwasher even though Costco would return and install for free!! They made negative comments about Costco installers!! They installed the panels incorrectly and one panel was damaged when we tried to open the door. The installer used the wrong screws and stripped one hole for the toe kick panel. When I contacted him he said he would be out Monday morning. When I asked him his ETA he said late afternoon! So I went ahead and made the corrections myself. We asked for him to make it right since he didn’t perform the tasks we paid for! I would never use this contractor or refer him to anyone!!!

I hired Charlie for a plumbing project for my business in March. I paid him a deposit of half of the final price. I waited 6 months until I had to find out through the state that he did not submit his application for a permit. During the 6 months, he was unprofessional and unresponsive. He would set a time to come to my business, but would never show up or cancel last minute.
Upon knowledge of him not submitting the permit to the state. I asked him to call the state to confirm that he submitted the permit, but he never did.
Over all, it’s been 6 months and my business is not ready to open yet. I’ve lost a lot of money paying rent and utilities for the space.
I finally pulled the plug and told him he’s no longer hired to do the project and am now looking for a new plumber. He only refunded half of my deposit back.
I do not recommend this business at all. Save yourself a headache by going with someone else who is more professional and will get things done on time.
