Terrible

Carr's was flexible, knowledgeable, dependable, and reasonably priced. We were especially impressed with how well they cleaned up after themselves, leaving our lawn look great.

Knew what they were doing, cleaned up branches and did a very good job at it. Prices were very reasonable. Will have them out again.

My wife and I live in Burnsville, MN. Jim Carrow and his team removed a large ash tree in our fenced back yard. They showed up with the appropriate equipment for the job, and accomplished the job for us well above and beyond our expectations. They were careful of the lawn and the fence, taking down a mature 60 ft. tree in a totally professional manner, removing all the branches and trunk without felling the tree, in other words tjey used the bucket and pickker arms to take down the entire tree without damaging any of the grounds and fence. We would highly recommend Carr's Tree Service. A first class job.

I would love to give this company a good review; however, I have an issue with their service. We contacted Carr based on the work they did for the city of Apple Valley and its tree removal issue. fast, efficient and great clean up.

We contacted them for an estimate to trim multiple trees on our property and possibly remove a huge Cottonwood tree in our backyard. The representative was prompt and polite, but he said he needed to get some additional information concerning the Cottonwood removal.

We received a quote via email several days later, and the Cottonwood was estimated at $10,000.00. It was a bit over what we had hoped, but it was probably a fair price. We agreed to terms on all the rest, and they were to return in late November or early December.

We contacted them in late December concerning the delay and have been ghosted by them. Not sure why we have not been contacted back, but we have not. Messages were left for the estimater and the main number from the card we have and so far nothing. They maybe a great company, but we have no proof of it.

PS. At this point no moneys have been exchanged, so no fraud is involved. Just lack of communication on their behalf. This is a shame as they appeared to be a potential great service company.

We just had Carr's Tree Service remove a very large Ash tree. These guys were amazing! Very nice, professional and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Would 10/10 recommend!

A crew from Carr’s Tree Service was clearing branches from the primary power lines on my property. They did an excellent job! They did not just wack the branches off - like I’ve seen in the past - instead they did professional lateral cuts on the branches that were cut back. In fact, you you have to look closely to even see what they did. Tree trimming used to be my profession, so I know what quality work looks like. Every stick and leaf was cleaned up. You’d never know any work had been done, except I saw them do it!

So impressed with Carr's arborist Jeremy and his crew. Even though he was on vacation he called me and found out what I wanted done and showed up on time for our first meeting and gave me a bid that afternoon. Several days later he was ready to start on my project. His crew did a beautiful job and finished on the second day. Very reasonable on price, quality work. Would certainly use them again.

Derek, Clay and guys did a fabulous job cutting trees down over my house and trimmed branches up high in trees hanging over my vehicle and trailer. Cleaned up yard afterwards where it's very very nice. I can't even notice any wood chips where they cut trees up and the road is clean where they chipped branches up. I highly recommend Junior's Tree Service. They're quick and worth every dollar to do job. They're price for doing work was cheaper than I thought. Spectacular guys and very easy to talk to plus they know what they're doing and have the equipment to tackle any job.

These guys do a great job! I had 2 big trees removed. Everything from requesting a quote, to the actual removal, to stump grinding, and final clean up was fast and smooth. Very professional with all the specialty equipment. Would highly recommend.

This crew was extremely responsive, got the job done quickly and to specifications, while being reasonably priced and a delight to work with. Can't recommend them enough!

Had a stump that needed to go and after waiting for the company that we had contracted with we contacted Junior's. Within 15 minutes of submitting a request for a quote, we booked his service. Three days later the stump is gone! Clay was very communicative as he had to deal with equipment challenges.
