Well worth it to repair our oven rather than replace. Bilder Appliance Repair did great work and answered any questions I had.

As much as I don’t like it when my appliances break, it is extremely easy to work with Bilder, so that makes the process of getting things repaired much easier. They’ve come out to repair things several times at our house and they always do a great job. I never have to wait too long for an appointment - they are always fast getting out here. Our technician is always Dan, which we’re super glad about because he’s fantastic. Always on time, super friendly, knows what he’s doing down to the tiniest detail. We would happily recommend Bilder to anyone that needs to get something fixed!

If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would've done so. In my opinion, this company doesn't deserve a single star. We've been having ongoing dryer issues where it just wouldn't heat up. We got Bilder Appliances as a provider through the homesmart program, and it was the worst experience we've ever had. This provider has come over to assess and "fix" the dryer several times over the span of a month and more, and they have been utterly incompetent in identifying the issue. Every time they come, they replace the fuse, but do not do any diagnostics to find the root cause of the problem. Around a week ago, they came to do another repair with some new parts they ordered a week prior. It was the wrong part. They had the parts ordered more than a week prior to the service and just simply did not open the box to check if it was the right one. This repair was dragged on for so long that we ended up needing to buy a new dryer. For anyone considering repair providers, do not go with Bilder Appliances. Do not waste your time. We would never recommend such an incompetent team to anyone.
