Repair technician was on time and did his work quickly and efficiently. He was accommodating to my needs when scheduling the return visit to install the broken part.

Tanner did a good job with communication and customer service. We were unhappy with the diagnosis and that we were charged for additional costs when there was no repair done to our machine. However that does not affect the fact that Tanner was kind, respectful and seemed knowledgeable.

Our tech was on point! We really truly appreciate the service that both he and Omega provided to us.

He had come last week and thought we had a simple error. That ended up being far more extensive and he came back today and covered it all based on the time that he had previously charged to us. I felt like I was in a 1950s sitcom getting such amazing service. But it was no joke. It was the real deal and so was he.
