We have utilized Allan Dorney's services on many different projects over the years. They offer cost effective pricing and produce a quality final product. We had a somewhat complex exterior siding project that they helped us with this year. Their final cost came in under what they originally quoted for a certain phase of the project and they proactively passed the considerable savings directly on to us at final billing. You don't see that everyday!

Recently purchased a home and considering building out a garage. I reached out to multiple contractors and though I got several bids, Jordan with Allan Dorney brought the most professionalism, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and clarity to the process. The project became complicated, requiring bids for excavation and earthworks in addition to simple construction - Jordan pulled this all together with a level of detail including clarifying permitting and the relevant subcontractors where other bidders simply said "that's on the customer."

Unfortunately we decided to postpone the project, but if and when we decide to revisit Jordan at Allan Dorney will be my first call.

We are so pleased with how or renovation turned out at New Day Thrift store. Thank you to Dan and his team for the wonderful work, great communication and attention to detail! We are so blessed to have had them help us through this process.

Had a little hiccup with maple grove inspectors that pro longed the project but it happens. The communication throughout the project was great & the work itself was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

We recently had our four season sunroom project completed with Allan Dorney and we have had a really good experience with them. They came, asked us what we had in our mind about the sunroom and understood what we wanted and what our budget was. We had two bathroom remodels done by Allan Dorney and we were very pleased with them! We wanted to make our bathroom more accessible for our aging parents and ourselves so had a walk in shower, bench, shelves and grab bars put in. They did a beautiful job. They kept us informed about the schedule, and were very helpful and responsive to any changes, questions, or concerns that we had. I highly recommend them for any remodeling or home improvement needs. They are honest, responsive and do high quality work.

I had a bathroom redone, including a window taken out of the shower space. I originally chose to hire AD Construction bc I knew they were known for their integrity, and still I was impressed with their skill and attention to detail. They searched high and low until they found the materials to match discontinued siding, and the project manager kept a close eye and checked over each phase as it was completed to make sure that it met their quality and standards. I could not be more pleased with the results and, honestly, with the whole experience. Thank you, Carl and crew!

We had a very large project on our hands and the Team at Allen Dorney (shout out to Jared and Carl) helped us through every step of the way! The communication and compassion for their work was outstanding. We are very pleased with their work and attention to detail. We would 10/10 recommend and plan to use them again on any future projects we have.
