The entire Green Clean crew were timely, calm, professional and genuinely great to work with, following an unfortunate water over-flowing a bathroom sink incident. We contacted them immediately with water coming down through the floor and into the lower family room. Hannah dispatched a team that was here within an hour. When time is critical, they assessed the situation, installed mitigation equipment, monitored the dry out, and put in place a plan to get our house back in order. They also worked extremely well with the insurance adjuster to ensure that the payment process worked smoothly. The subcontractor team managed by Javier did an amazing job fixing, refinishing and painting the ceiling drywall, followed by their carpet cleaning crew who arrived on time and did everything right. In today's business environment, it's gratifying to experience this level of professionalism in such a complex process. Especially when it involves your own home. Green Clean exceeded my expectations from the first call I made. The young lady who took my call and many questions was very empathic as I was looking to have my deceased father's townhouse carpet cleaned for selling purposes. She made the appointment to fit my schedule and gave a clear time window. They called the day before to remind me. On the day of cleaning Rob and Brock called to say they would arrive in 10 minutes. They respected the recently cleaned house by wearing booties over shoes and taking off shoes. After showing them the trouble spots they explained the products and equipment they were going to use and the amount of time it would take. They took measurements to assure correct charges with a discount was applied. They were very polite and knowledgeable! They seemed to work together well as a team and were done before expected. The carpet looks AWESOME! All three of these people radiated professionalism, empathy and knowledge. I highly recommend this company and especially this team as they showed how much they love their job and how much my business meant to them!

Very helpful! The Green Team guys walked me through how they would clean the difficult stains from a sick pet. They took great care and the carpet now looks great.
