Great job replacing my hail damaged roof. Anders, Director of sales worked with me and my ins. co to get my roof replaced after the ins. co had denied my first request. Anders and his Lead Coordinator, Tanner were both very responsive and professional in dealing with everyone involved on this job. Also , Great cleanup

To be transparent, I did not work with this company and can not speak to their actual physical work. However, I can speak to their sales process, as I have a clear "no soliciting" sign on my property:

No soliciting means no soliciting - thanks for not ringing my doorbell, but if you think that sending me a letter with the same sales pitch (and acknowledging my no soliciting notice) is going to change my mind, then you probably need to adjust your sales tactics.

I'm a Property Manager that manages over 250 individual sites. I've used Complete Construction for 95% of my major projects and a countless number of smaller projects.

They always give fair bids and do great work. I recommend them to family, friends and coworkers, and have used them personally because they're so good and trustworthy.

Please give them a chance... At least add them to one of your bids (always get 2-3) and I believe you'll find Complete Construction is your best choice.

Awful experience - had a repair request that went through insurance that started in November. For several months, insurance waited on CC of MPLS to complete a line-by-line estimate for all items they will be completing for which CC of MPLS advised me 'sending that to the insurance company is not what is best for the customer". After several months CC of MPLS replied with nothing of the sort to appease the insurance company. After 5 months, I was told by CC of MPLS "my manager doesn't want me spending too much more time on this."

Agreed - this shouldn't have taken this long. You should have done what the insurance company asked so we could get this done. CC of MPLS wanted to submit something to insurance that was in THEIR best interest and not the customers. I would not recommend working with CC of MPLS.

I worked with Nick and this company to have a roof replaced. From the get go it was a very professional and prompt experience. They set expectations well and delivered the new roof before the agreed upon completion date which was a very pleasant outcome. Overall, I was very impressed with their work and would recommend them to others in need of roofing work or other contracting needs.

My wife and I had a complex hail claim with State Farm and Complete Construction made the process as simple as can be. They've been communicative, professional, prompt, and honest throughout the entire process. We got a roof and siding replacement in the dead of winter and every one from the initial project managers, Nick and Anders, to the office staff, to the onsite workers, were incredibly detailed and helpful. We'll absolutely be using Complete Construction for our future home projects!

Josh was great to work with on our new roof. The entire project came together in just a few weeks from the first visit to the finished project. Everything was very professional and timely and had great follow up. I would absolutely work with Josh and Complete Construction again!! He covered all of my questions and made for a painless experience.

My experience with Complete Construction was outstanding. I had hail claim for my home and the process materials and pricing were respected. Advance people identified the underlying problem areas i knew needed attention. Some sheeting repair. No surprise and absolutely necessary. The attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship is undeniable. They did a beautiful job. Complete Construction recently completed a project for me over at my rental house that was on a super tight deadline between tenants moving out and new ones moving in. They operated smoothly and efficiently thought the entire process from permitting to final coats of paint. Even my tenants commented on their professionalism while at the property. I'll continue to call them whenever I need any work done for my homes!
